If you could personally own an arcade game, what would it be?

I really wish I could have this

Discs of Tron rocked.

I wouldn't mind an Empire Strikes Back coin-op, either.

These are my two big choices, particularly if we're talking an Environmental DoT. Plus the extra house I'd need to have room for the damn thing. A cockpit Star Wars with the Empire Strikes Back switch mod would be very choice; a friend of mine has an upright with that setup and it's mighty swank. And, to wrap up the holy trinity:

Incredibly fun! Incredibly rare! I'm never going to own one! Woo!

However, I do own a battered, but servicable, Gyruss. The big problem with it is that the green gun went out a while back; the other two colors mean it's playable if not optimal. And, it looks like I may become custodian of a friend's Arkanoid within the next month or so. Oh, yes.

I'd also like to have a Neo Geo cabinet. Carts for the home system are incredibly expensive, but even favorites like Metal Slug are dirt cheap for the arcade. I mean, you can buy Magician Lord for pocket change, and who doesn't want Magician Lord? No, that was a theoretical question, don't answer.

But, for arcade fun, what I really want are pinball machines. Video games can be emulated, but with pinball you either have it or you don't. Later pins such as Twilight Zone or The Addams Family would be awesome, but I'd be perfectly happy with a classic like Pinbot or Kiss. While we're at it, count me in for a pitch-and-bat baseball game. I have terribly fond memories of playing Pennant Fever back in the day.

And, while we're at it, I'll wrap up my home arcade with a nice air hockey table. In fact, given the choice between an arcade game and air hockey, I'm going with the later every time.

street fighter 2 turbo. Everything afterwards was downhill, IMO.
I have one myself =) I always wanted this game and came across one for a decent deal a few months ago...I noticed a 'for sale' sign on the game in the arcade area of a food court plaza and I went for it...

The machine is in decent condition, a little banged up here and there, monitor is alright...but it works great. It was originally a Champ Edition but I found a Hyper Fighting board on eBay. I had a party at my place a couple of weeks ago and had tons of great matches going on with my friends on the machine...brought back a lot of memories =)

Later on I might want to look into getting a Japanese-style Jamma cabinet for it (like a Sega Astro City or Capcom Impress).

Another arcade machine I want is this:
