If you want to make your life simpler, then you should lose her. Get her out of your life, then you won't have to worry about it... and that's probably what I would do if I was in your position. Just quit hanging around, or just reduce the frequency.

If you wish soap-opera-ish drama in your life (which I'm not saying its always bad), then see what kind of relationship this would lead to. You can find out about this rather well from your "private session" with her by talking and possibly, making out. If she responds to you, then you have a cheating experience. Cheating, while I consider a bad, but human emotions in young age can affect the rational, moral self and such can happen. If she drops her boyfriend for you, then you have a flirty girlfriend. Just remember that same thing can happen to you if she find some other individual. Then again, most relationships in young age do not last forever - even many marriages do not last forever, you shouldn't feel too obligated by that fact. Enjoy your time with her, and and move on. At least, the worst thing that can happen to you in 10-20 years, you will remember her as one of your younger day's recklessness, and smile about it - if some tragedy does not happen that is. (such as her ex coming to your house with an axe in his hand, god forbid.)
