I had no idea what this restaurant is, but it seems to be a chain across the US. It's called True Kitchen Diner, but it's not a diner in a traditional sense (like a trucker diner or greasy spoon Denny's). It looks like a decent clean casual restaurant.

So to get twerking at this kind of place is totally out of character.
