Most glaring omissions is Yukino Miyazawa from Kareshi Kanojo no Jijo and Kintaro Oe from Golden Boy in my opinion. But that is just off the top of my head, and I barely watch any anime these days.

Hisoka is so good. I would definitely have him as one of my personal favourites.

Mugen too is a character I really like. Loves a good fight and killing others for fun, but has a sense of duty for helping people out.
