Heh, it's the total opposite for me. That was the first game were I liked the bad route more. I thought the infamous skills were a lot better than their hero counterparts and the little differences in the story progression were more interesting with the bad guy, too.Jamesfrom818 said:This game is pretty awesome. Although its the first game where I enjoyed playing as the good guy more than the bad guy.
Is it me or is Evil Cole significantly worse than Good Cole? His powers suck, are less powerful and he has less health.Jamesfrom818 said:Is it just me or do the range of electricity bolts differ in range depending on your karma? I'm fairly certain being evil has made it slightly shorter in range.

Im 349/350 shards (and 2 trophies away from platinum) and from counting each district theres:
147 shards in Neon (including the very first one you run into)
135 shards in Warren
68 shards in Historic
But for the life of me i cannot find the ONE shard in the Warren. Any tricky ones i should know? IGN provides a great guide but i spent an hour last night (fml) searching everywhere for it. Its annoying. Tips to you guys going for the platinum, i say dedicate a whole run and make sure you go section by section to prevent this annoyance.[/QUOTE]
try on top of the prison one more time?...
or maybe in the stronghold places... like the one with all the train crates... orrrr.............. i dunno...
i don't think there's any that are particularly tricky... but i know there is one that you can miss on top of the prison
I personally think evil Cole is worse than good Cole, but it is easier being evil, all you have to do is run around and kill civilians.-viper- said:Is it me or is Evil Cole significantly worse than Good Cole? His powers suck, are less powerful and he has less health.

Oh that one was trouble too for me, but i got it already thanks. It was a greatly hidden lil fucker.Iron Toaster said:I had the same problem; the last one was in the Neon District out on the lake on a few planks, it doesn't appear on the mini-map because it's so far off, I believe it was on the left area of the Neon District. Did you check around there?
I will try this in a few. I didnt scrutinize the prison like i think i shouldve.dustytruly said:try on top of the prison one more time?...

Jamesfrom818 said:You don't even get evil points for killing civilians. I've never seen anything pop up anyway. Also, I think its lame that healing someone gives you 3 good exp points but you can only get 1 exp point when draining an enemy.
CreativeWriter said:If the civs attack you, you can sticky-bomb them for the stunt points. That's how I got my final 9,000 exp on my evil playthrough.
Pretty much. 5 in a row gives you that 50xp Stunt, plus if you kill the conduit you get another 50xp. I did this on a street fight mission in the Warren, and made 7000xp in less than 20 mins.Jamesfrom818 said:I just look for the Dust Men conduits that spawn those crab things and melee them. The crabs that is.
Cowie said:I recently played through uncharted and this game back to back (borrowed both from a friend) and I've gotta say I really prefer the way this game handles scaling buildings and climbing on structures. Not to say that Nathan should be able to do everything Cole can, but just the way things were designed.. Uncharted felt more like 'Okay, there are 6 bricks sticking out of the side of this tower, you're going to have jump between them in a preset order to get to the next location' whereas in inFamous climbing is more of an 'okay, this is a building. There's shit sticking out all over the place, and most of it you can grab onto. Find a way up.' Sure, there's a few dead-ends, and it may take you longer to reach the top, but I liked it a lot better than the 'connect the dots' method.
There are obviously exceptions to this in both games, but whenever I hopped around a building in inFamous trying to find my way to the top, I couldn't help but think 'Damn, Uncharted could've really used this sort of design'
This is a very interesting subject, because it constantly had me on my toes and was similar to playing real people that might be just as skilled as you in a matchmaking game...Victrix said:but the only really frustrating part was the mega-super-sniper AI that'd peg you from two blocks away, and lob grenades perfect onto the tops of buildings.
Otherwise though, great experience.

TTP said:Yep. My sentiments exactly. When I played the first Uncharted 2 beta I was just coming out from InFamous and it felt very, very bad.
InFamous has the best climbing/3D platforming system I have ever seen btw.

Even a new costume would be fine. Or the megawatt blades.
Bleh.

I'm in the middle of my evil play through, man I love the evil megawatt hammer.
Go crazy folks.Sony recently announced the God of War Collection, a PlayStation 3 title that contains high-def versions of God of War 1 and 2 for PS2. I presented Fox with the idea about Sony doing a similar collection featuring the entire Sly Cooper series. While he wouldn't confirm or even suggest the possibility of the project existing, he did express enthusiasm over the idea.
"Sly Cooper at 720p would be fantastic," Fox said. "The 2D art in those titles is some of the funkiest stuff I've ever seen on PlayStation, seeing it all in HD would remind me of a time when my vision was much sharper."
But since the release of InFamous earlier this year, Sucker Punch has been mum on its next project. Will it be Sly Cooper 4? I asked Fox when fans can expect to hear about the studio's next project.
"You'll just have to wait and see," he teased. But, what I can tell you is that as I write this there are dozens of people all around me jacked up on coffee and Red Bull, making game content with a speed and skill level never before realized at Sucker Punch."
Great to hear they are at work. Hoping for Sly 4 built around the style of Sly 2. Like 1 would be nice too but I'm sure it'll have the large areas and multiple characters, I just hope they keep it to just the gang of 3 and not too minigame crazy.templeusox said:
