Slicing my hands with safety wire and poking holes in my skin with cotter pins.
Cutting safety wire leaves sharp ends and it is so very easy to slice and poke your skin with it working in cramped locations.
And stainless steel cotter pins can be hard to bend and if you slip you can embed them rather deep into your skin.

Safety wire is my archenemy.

Being in Canada I was just grateful it happened in the summertime so I could wear sandals and not have to 'wrap up' my pained foot in a boot.

Oh god that sounds awful. I've been lucky enough to not have any infected toenails but I came really close with inflammation and swelling. It always happens during winter so my feet hate me.

I have an ingrown hair in the tip of my nose that tends to grow out after each half year or so..

First it gets red which makes me feel like rudolph and it is relentlessly sensitive.

The only thing you want is that the stupid hair comes out so when you think it's finally there you scratch it and scratch it a bit more.. so it looks even shittier.

And then, finally it comes out with puss and a bit of blood and it starts all over again.

How the fuck do I get rid of that?!

I used to get terrible ingrown toenails as a kid. God, those things are awful.

Then I got surgery done where they rip off the sides of your toenails and destroy the nail bed so they can't grow back. Haven't had one since.

With those gone forever, I'd probably go with canker sores. Had one a couple of weeks ago that was absolutely brutal.

I had the worst ingrown toenail ever. It was on both sides of each big toe. Double trouble. I had to do surgery three times. The second time around my dad actually performed the surgery at his clinic after hours. He had to remove large chunks of my left toe to fix everything, and as the anesthesia wore off, he quickly realized that the medicine cabinet was on a timed lock. So I had to sit in the back seat on the ride home for over an hour with a 1/3 amputated toe and no medication or anesthesia what so ever.

Sleeping wrong and being stiff all day, like where you can't bend your neck or back at all without pain. Then goes away after a day or so and all is well.

Lips drying out overnight and waking up and your lip cracking open.

Also, accidental eyepokes/grazes, like with a blanket or your finger.

How does that happen?

I went to the beach and had on white board shorts that were too thin. I guess you're supposed to wear boxers under them, but I was on vacation so I only had a few pairs of boxers with me.

The morning after spending the entire day in the ocean, the tip of my dick was sunburnt. This meant every time I took a step, my shorts would graze against it and make it hurt. It also made having sex and master baying impossible for a week.

I always lather my junk up with sun screen when I go to the beach now. Horrible experience

The inspiration for this thread is currently sitting smugly on the front of my foot. I don't walk much, obviously, but it's still a pain in the ass.

If it's chronic, do yourself a favor and get the surgery. I had years of foot pain cleared up in 1 hour and my deductible.

Second worst pain I ever had was after the nail on my big toe was cracked, it was in the process of falling off completely.

I helped it along and ripped it out and all was fine until the next day when the cuticle got inflamed. Hurt like fuck but I cleaned it with some medical alcohol and the pain and swelling went away almost immediately, luckily.

Worst minor injury by far. Funny thing is that I cracked my toenail by tripping on my own foot.
