I am having a tiny amount of switcher's remorse as I look at these super-fast data speed test results on AT&T. No question AT&T has the fastest data results - when it actually works. I need to remind myself how frustrated I always was on AT&T with dropped calls, calls going straight to voicemail and low signal affecting my ability both to make calls and get data. I do wonder how much of that might have been mitigated by the new 4S antenna design.
I think real-world performance means more than these speedtest numbers. My speedtest numbers look fairly low compared to the AT&T numbers I'm seeing but in the real world when I browse the web the performance is just fine. I think it's only when you're really pulling heavy amounts of data, like downloading apps or music, that much of a difference is noted, and I don't really do that over 3G anyway. I tried streaming Sirius and Pandora over 3G and it worked just fine.
