I love the look of the white but I think the biggest knock against it is it makes the screen look less vibrant because it has such a bright border around it.

I actually think the black bumper is the worst match for the white phone, pretty much all the colors look great on it though.

The most minimalist you can get while still keeping the old form factor.
Never really digged apple bumpers because they never had a tight fit. I know you can boil them or something, but why bother?

ah I bought the gold champaign one. It looks good, but the feel is horrible. Cases that are harder to grip than naked is kinda counterproductive no?
It's also a bit hard to get on and off (feels like it's gonna break).

Every now and then I'm tempted to rip off the screen protectors and just go naked with a bumper, but I was in The Apple Store today and they were $30...I'd rather just get another Candyshell at $35.

This is true, if you get a bumper also be prepared to buy a dongle that will let you plug most standard headphones into it, the hole is too small for anything but Apple earbuds.Marty Chinn said:
