It is slightly higher than that and suitable for a phone with such a camera.Liu Kang Baking A Pie said:I'm questioning 10 FPS video at 260p.

Buckethead said:I'm interested in how much the new iPhone will be.
I still have a crappy EDGE version and need an update. Badly.
Also 32GB = kermit-fap.gif
yayaba said:I'm guessing it'll be $199 for the 16GB version if you're eligible for a new contract extension.
dallow_bg said:I will do what Ashong stated.
Sell my unlocked 3G and buy the new one, did the same thing last time.
He will never question Apple.
BenjaminBirdie said:I have to say I finally saw a G1 in person and I was really a lot more impressed with it than I was with my friend's iPhone. The iPhone has the clear edge in games and such but I really liked the screen a lot more (I think it's smaller, but it seems way crisper and sharper, I was really impressed with it). I had been figuring on just biting the deposit bullet and getting an iPhone soon but finally seeing a G1 in person really turned me around. All the photos of it make it look like a bulky awkward piece of shit, but it's actually really quite slick in person.
Am I imagining the screen difference?
(I probably should have posted this in a G1 thread but I went back like 13 pages and couldn't find it.)
Ashhong said:are there people that complain about the iphone screen? ive had an iphone since almost day one and i think the screen is beautiful. i see no flaws in it at all, but then again i havent seen a G1. i just dont think thats really something that should push you to another phone. the iphone has a screen thats more than good enough, imo.
dallow_bg said:My mistake, I said $100 a month before, but that was just because I had just paid my bill online and forgot that I also pay for a second line for my mother.
Rates above are accurate, but I don't have unlimited messages.
Ashhong said:how did you go about getting the unlocked 3g? pay a premium on ebay?
BenjaminBirdie said:Oh no that's certainly not the only thing. Keyboard is nice, cheaper, on my current provider; I think I'd just realized they were more comparable than I'd thought, considering my needs.
Like I said, probably wrong thread.

= $89.99 before taxes. Cheaper if your entitled to a monthly discount off your primary rate plan through your employer or school. Its not that expensive considering the features.

Guled said:alright, lets say it dose come out next week, can I upgrade from a 3G phone while still paying the subsidized price? Also, if I can upgrade, do I get to keep the 3G phone and how much do you think I can sell it for? I live in Canada and Rogers is my carrier if that matters, sorry for all these questions, the 3G was my first phone so I'm new to this

I think it'll just be an iPhone 3G price drop, and they'll keep it on the market rather than dropping the previous model like they did the first time around.Juice said:Both. I bet the cheaper, less robust one comes out Monday, more feature-rich one on July 17th.

Median said:Rogers will let you upgrade after a certain amount of time, I'm not entire sure how long it is but I think it's at least a year. You'll be paying a subsidized price but will most likely have to sign for a three year contract and if it's anything like the 3G, you'll probably pay more for it than new users. You will get to keep your original phone, it gets paid off as you pay your phone fees.

I also don't get the July 17 rumors. What happens to people with original iPhones that got them on June 29, 2007 and their two-year contract is ending?

Why?DanielPlainview said:The only way I have found is through syncing it and it's kind of frustrating.

Plug your iPod in, click on your iPod on the left in iTunes, go to the Applications tab, and uncheck what you don't want to sync.DanielPlainview said:I'm looking for a drag and drop and it won't me. When it syncs it goes through ALL my applications.

Yeah, I'm not getting what you want to do. A list of apps appears for your device based on what you have downloaded in iTunes. Select which ones you want, uncheck ones you don't. Select apply. I don't get what could be simpler.DanielPlainview said:yeah, doesn't work. When I uncheck applications then hit apply it says, do you really want to remove this applications from your iPod?

Are you trying to get apps from another iTunes library or something?
I'm still not getting you. You uncheck ones you don't want on your iPod, you check ones that you do want. Hit apply. Think of sync as "do you want this on your iPod? Yes/no".DanielPlainview said:The list includes all the apps on my device. When I go to uncheck all the ones I don't want synced (aka I JUST want the new game I bought to be transferred over) it pops up with a dialog box and says those apps which I unchecked will be deleted from my iPod.
If I go ahead and just sync all applications it takes forever and goes through every app. I can't believe there just isn't a drag and drop method like music.

No it doesn't. It only adds/removes what's actually been changed.DanielPlainview said:If I go ahead and just sync all applications it takes forever and goes through every app. I can't believe there just isn't a drag and drop method like music.
