I'm so left it didn't even have options truly accurate to my views, so green/socialist was the closest it could get.I'm a socialist at heart.
There used to be a way to look up a sites cumulative answers. If you go to the Polls you can still see this if you click "more..." on one of the breakdowns. Scroll down and there's a bunch of websites. Also, only 11% match on neogaf?
If someone ever doubted that most of NeoGAF was left wing/socialist, that doubt is now all but erased.
But they don't know that themselves. Funny reading threads with crazy left wing post saying they are "center."If someone ever doubted that most of NeoGAF was left wing/socialist, that doubt is now all but erased.
Left-Wing
Your political beliefs would be considered moderately Left-Wing on an ideological scale, meaning you tend to support policies that promote social and economic equality.

It also has significant number of posters from around the world. Where Hillary Clinton would be considered a moderate republican.
What is a left-wing authoritarian?

I often feel like I belong to no party. You know when someone asks you what your favorite color is or what your favorite band is? I never have an answer because I don't have a favorite anything. I never really did. I feel like that with this.

brofist
That's exactly (exactly) where I was. Just a smidge to the right of center.
Based on what I'm seeing on GAF, this isn't much of a surprise that Bernie has so many in his corner. I do wonder how representative GAF is of the voting public, however. I think over time, as the Baby Boomers die off, that more of the "socialist" policies Bernie espouses will take firmer hold. At this point, however, I suspect that he's a bit before his time. Don't get me wrong, I love the notion of free college tuition (especially as I'm about to embark on paying for college for the next six+ years for my kids and it ain't cheap).
But I'm definitely more conservative on some things as well: immigration for instance.
It's clear that Bernie is gaining ground on Hillary. The obvious question is whether he can overtake her as Obama did.
I think the biggest issue I'd have is whether Bernie could actually get any of his policies enacted into law. That's one of the reasons many will see Hillary as a "safer" choice.
A lot of what Bernie says speaks to me. I just fear he doesn't have a shot in hell of getting much of it implemented.
I'm going to go cry in a cornerThis quiz is revealing deep, dark secrets you never knew you had.

I got 98% Sanders. I'm not american, and I seriously wonder why this guy isn't a serious contender.
Because socialist is a bad word here to the general voting populace and instead of denying the republican's accusation of him being a socialist like every other democrat has done he embraced the word. I give him kudos for doing it as we need to change the public's image of socialists, but it was the kiss of death for him.
Another reason is he will have no where near the money he needs to compete against Hillary Clinton or the republicans because he refuses to take money from corporations.
I don't care that someone is right wing, I'm just fearful that people agree with Rick/Ted at such a high percentage.I was fearful to post my results due to the possible threat of being banned for not being left-wing, but whatever, figured I'd post anyways.

I'm one of the few that got a 99% match...Funny, the 98% Sanders are the really terrifying ones.
Hmm, really? I was surprised by how many there are representing the right wing of the political spectrum in this thread since I often hear that those individuals don't exist here. (Which is obviously untrue.)If someone ever doubted that most of NeoGAF was left wing/socialist, that doubt is now all but erased.

You know I wasn't even too sure on the ideology myself, but when you put it that way, it really does seem like the only way to go.Giving are completely corrupt, notoriously ineffective government more power? Sure, sounds like a brilliant idea!

It's weird that the site labels you a right-wing libertarian and then proceeds to give you a top four comprised of the more traditionally conservative candidates.I was fearful to post my results due to the possible threat of being banned for not being left-wing, but whatever, figured I'd post anyways.
If a "libertarian" is against legalizing drugs and same sex marriage, they're not hypocrites. They're just not libertarians.Whats even more weird is the obvious hypocracy that pops up everywhere. When liberatarians are suddenly against same sex marriage, abortion and legalizing weed.
