Hillary Clinton 88%
Berine Sanders 80%

Everyone else is 55% and below.

I suspect the Hillary Clinton number would have been higher since on a few of the questions there is no recorded answer from her.

Edit: Redid things and got the Hillary number higher.

The first time I learned about Bernie was when I saw the gaf thread about him 3 weeks ago. What surprised me was that he was actually involved in the civil rights movement. He's also doing a lot for the environment by not bringing out a silly snowball into the discussion. Even then, I still didn't know much about him. It was only after taking the quiz that I started to look into him. He seems like a really genuine person that is very compassionate of others. I really believe he's the one.

I'm with you there. I usually don't give much thoughts to politicians. They all say a lot, without really saying anything. Most of what they say is empty or comes across to me as insincere.

Bernie seems sincere though. I'm not sure if he would actually be able to get the things done he wants with our system working the way it does, but I'll know he'll try. When this guy talks, it really seems like is talking for me. He's a man of the people and doesn't seem to give a lick about greedy corporations.

Not from the USA, but hey...

I guess I'm a rebel here on NeoGAF.

Surprised, Hillary is my highest at 77%, followed by Rubio at 73 and Sanders at 70.

I'm kind of proud to not be a part of the 95%+ for any candidate, especially Sanders. I feel like you can only get 95%+ results if you are super ideological, close-minded, or non-pragmatic (or in regards to Sanders, especially naive). But that's just my opinion.

Just because I agree with Sanders on most things doesn't make me close-minded to conservative ideals and opinions. It just means my opinions lean in a certain direction, not that they are cemented off from any other opinions.

Centrists can be just as close-minded as anyone else if they refuse to listen to differing opinions on things.

Apparently I mostly agreed with Hillary and Bernie as well. Bernie pushed ahead because of categories I don't feel as passionate about however. They both seem to be similar on healthcare and environment though which is great so we'll see what happens.

On those fronts, Trump is actually one of the more palatable Republican candidates. Too bad he's a terrible horrible racist.

95% Bernie, 85% Clinton.

it's interesting because I do have some conservative stances like pro-life and I favor gun ownership and yet I still lean heavily to the left apparently.

Go Bernie!

Same here, conservative on quite a few issues like immigration but I still got 94% Bernie. Wut.

I vote for the Conservatives in Norway, and I still got Bernie Sanders as number one (followed by Hillary Clinton and Rand Paul.) Goes to show how far right the center is in the U.S., or maybe how far left it is in Norway.

I think this website is rigged in Bernie's favor.

97% Bernie
85% Hillary
72% Marty
25% Huckabee
I seem to favor the ē phoneme
...
15% Trump
...
4% Walker
As a Wisconsinite, Trump over Walker is very likely how I would vote.
...
0% Cruz

Party-wise, I was 0% Republican.

I think this website is rigged in Bernie's favor.

I'm guessing there are certain questions that will instantly swing you heavily one way because the candidates that support the stance are limited. For example, free education. Is there anybody else besides Bernie that are openly in support of that?

97% Bernie Sanders
83% Hillary Clinton
66% Martin O'Malley
53% Rand Paul
15% Carly Fiorina
5% Ben Carson
3% Scott Walker

My stances boil down to this.. I think healthcare is very important and we ought to have single payer, I think education is important, I think we should stay out of the middle east and who the hell cares who marries who or who wants to smoke what.

97% Sanders
86% Clinton

I'm torn. I don't want Clinton to take it over Sanders just because she happens to be a woman and a much more well-known public figure; but I can't help but wonder if the benefits of a female US President might have profound consequences beyond the scope of policy.

Eh. Either way I guess. Long as the DeceptiCons are kept out of the White House.

So being petty?
It's not about being petty. Libertarians are all about minimalist government, so their reasoning is that the government shouldn't allocate resources toward that, which they would likely consider wasteful spending.

It's kind of a, "Do what you want, but you're on your own," paradigm.

True. One of my criminal justice professors always used a salad as a better comparison.
Yeah, I think a salad bowl is definitely a more apt analogue in this case. That isn't to say that I think it's a better model, per se, but melting pot and diversity are opposing concepts, so that Green answer isn't that great, either.

I got Bernie as my #1 while agreeing with NeoGAF "on no major issues."

I feel like I just pulled off a political 7-10 split.

Took this a week ago; dunno if the data it's based on has changed at all.

I'm such a Bernie fangirl. And the lowest result is Santorum with 3%.

Edit: What's more interesting to me is:
J28vIxI.png

I knew I didn't agree much with the Republicans, but damn.

I got 95% for Bernie last time I took it. Definitely gonna vote for him. And yes, he does stand a chance, his popularity is rapidly growing.

Did some more thinking and research:
Seems to make sense to me. Guess I might consider voting for Bernie in the primaries. Still too soft on illegal immigration though.

Edit: Is there a way to compare results between the candidates? Seems like it would be much more beneficial as I'm still learning about some of their stances.

I'm also a little suspicious about these results, considering that almost every single person got Bernie and a pop up add asks you if you want to support his cause to reduce student debt or something lol.

The party stuff is interesting though.

You can look at the answers the candidates gave in comparison to you.
And it's hardly the sites fault that Bernie is the only politician who gave overall sane answers. :p

Oh, definitely! I just wonder if they way they rank questions or something is somehow biased even a little towards him

As a European: Sanders 93%, Clinton 82%, O'Malley 70%. The next is Bush at 45%, it just plummets into oblivion after that.

97% green, too.

As a European:

76% Hillary
67% Rubio
66% Paul
64% Sanders

I guess being pro single payer healthcare system, for stricter environment preservation and liberal on social issues combined with being pro Israel and anti illegal immigration produces some very wacky results.

99% Ted Cruz. Wow. I can't think of a single thing I agree with him on. Haha.

If you look, a lot of these are very generous in what they count as "agree."

I agreed with Ted Cruz on terrorist detention questions. I put "they should be subject to military tribunals, but should not be tortured," and he put "they should be subject to miltary tribunals and also be tortured." I sort of feel like that last bit is a pretty significant point of difference, but it is true that we both feel they shouldn't be tried in a public court room, so there is that!

German reporting in, ... say, does the site default to that Bernie Sanders bloke? Then again, 91% seems like a pretty good fit.

Seems about right, in terms of my political beliefs.

A dazzling 30% rating with neogaf.com. Huh. I thought I would be worse.

I chose the most piece of shit answers I could think of and got the below results. I.E.:

*illegal immigrants should be detained
*taxes shouldn't be raised on the rich
*climate change isn't real
*SSM should be illegal
*businesses should be allowed to discriminate based on religious beliefs
*there should be no gun control
*people responsible for the 2008 mortage crisis should not be prosecuted
*men and woman shouldn't be paid the same
*there should be no minimum wage
*the NSA should be allowed to listen in on all American citizens' calls
*Super PACs should be allowed
*etc...

88% Hillary
86% Bernie
72% O'Malley
62% Bush
59% Paul

I'm not really a politics guy, so some of these questions went over my head.

I know I already did the quiz, but I decided to log out and take it again and answer the questions the answers I completely disagreed with, just to see what I'd get.

I got fucking 96% Rick Santorum. :lol

And 96% Republican :lol :lol :lol.

I really laughed at 1% Socialist, considering that I am a socialist.

Sanders 91%
Clinton 90%

Although digging through the detailed answers, a lot of the Sanders differs were because he said "No," and I said "Yes, but (other trade-off)", they're within wiggle room in a way. The Clinton differs are answers that were more important to me, I should've been more careful with rating each question's importance. Also, an awful lot of "We could not determine Hillary Clinton’s stance on this issue" in comparison to Sanders.

The spookiest thing is Trump at 51% (on healthcare and education), even above Jeb at 44%. I'm not sure what to think about that.

I feel a little disappointed that this is my first time hearing about Bernie Sanders. I'll call him Colonel Sanders. I side with him by 93%.

All I hear in the news is discussion about Donald Trump and Hillary in her Scooby Doo van.
