What kind of food do you eat? Was this intestinal roadblock a one time thing or it comes and goes?
I find when I eat ethnic food like Chinese or Indian food I'm hitting the shitter in an hour. And what comes out isn't that solid. It's like whatever I ate is making my body force out whatever is in my gut because the food is making my body queasy. Must be the spices.
Then I'll eat boring stuff like pizza or a plate of meat and rice/potatoes and I feel nothing bad.
