I agreed with him in 2001 to not be DDP'd or Booker t'd by the WWE because they clearly had no idea what to do with the WCW guys.

But years later it is a regret now. :'0

He deserved a Wrestlemania.

yeah... he probably made the right choice not jumping in right after the buyout and invasion angle but it would have been cool if he went to the WWE in the mid 00's.

Heck it would have been great if he went last year when the dirt sheets where all sure he signed with WWE and was gonna face taker at mania and basically just did a one year run from mania to the next mania and retired. I am pretty sure the stories of WWE contacting him where BS though so its hard to say if WWE even have / had any interest.

But now he is to old to do anything meaningful in WWE. The mainstream audience doesn't have a clue who he is anymore and there is no one in WWE who it makes sense for him to feud with.

At least I can see Flair inducting him into the HOF in a few years. That will be nice.

The best Sting could hope for now in WWE is to come in and do a run like Bret Hart did where he barely did anything and was basically there for the pop of "Wow, Bret Hart is back in WWE!".

But Bret Hart was more well known then sting. Bret was in WWE video games for a few years and they always trolled the Canadians with brets music.

I dont think Sting has ever been mentioned on WWE TV... ever.

Dwayne's match won't be painful to watch like Bret's was. Seriously, I put Cole vs Lawler from last year's Mania ahead of Bret Hart vs Vince McMahon from 26.

As do I, even Cole could take slight bumps but poor old Bret just couldn't therefore it should have been 15 seconds long with Bret putting Vince in the sharpshooter. Instead we got some terrible attempt at a swerve (Vince has paid off the relatives for help!) which was immediately swerved itself (Shocking twist!) and it was boring to watch and a waste of time.
Of course they both sucked but the Bret/Vince fiasco was just that bit worse.

I actually think Rock vs Cena can be the epic encounter it needs to be. Rock has it in him, unlike Bret....or even Vince at that point.

If we're talking about skill level, Rock doesn't really seem like the one you need to be concerned with in that match. Not that either one is any amazing technical master or anything.

The built for it is epic. It's taking them a whole year to wrestle to have this match. I love how you think you forgot about it and then, "bam," the Rock make fun of Cena.

Rock/Hogan sort of proved neither needs to be a technical master for it to be entertaining though. There is surely no way WWE can screw up the build so badly that the crowd isn't molten for the ME.

WM 28 is in Miami. It's going to be like the Punk/Cena match in Chicago, with a crowd 5 times as big.

I hope so, that would be pure awesome. There is one thing to keep in mind though. Wrestlemania is the one time of the year where it is a truly global crowd. I think it will be more split than Cena/Punk was but still just as loud and hyped.

I also acquire assistance in watching SD.

Also, Ryder was at Lucasranch filming for his show. I don't know why, but it sounds awesome

lol @ Tiny Tim

"So if I beat Big Show for the 3rd time, I have to face you next week?"
...

Mark:"Yes."
SOMEBODY GONNA GET THEIR ASS KICKED...

Good point, Road Dogg showing up at the slammies got no reaction from the crowd, same would happen with Sting.

After Red Tails bombs at the box office and with the delay of the WWE network, Wrassle-Gaf will be lacking in dubstep
