Let's share greatest WWE moments you witnessed live. (Best WWE live event you've been to.)

I was lucky enough to witness Kurt Angle's first World Title victory at No Mercy 2000, and I was in the third row for Steve Austin's beer truck incident. I also witness DX reforming with X-pac's debut. X-pac did the wolf pack hand shake with me! All of these events happened in Albany, NY.

Never been to a WWE event but I saw Jerry Lynn win the ECW Title in St. Paul, MN and the roof blew off the motherfucker.
maybe not a good joke for the Twin Cities area after the Metrodome

Hmmm, was at the Ottawa Raw the night after the MTL screwjob, and I remember that being sort of historic. And recently, Edge's Smackdown retirement show in Toronto a few months ago, which was just fantastic.

Also, I really hope it isn't just Taker. =(

That's funny because he also did a retirement speech at Smack Down the next night in Albany, New York, the same place he won his first World Title (New Year's Revolution.) Both of which I did not attend.

Edge-Cena TLC for me I guess.

My favorite moment though was a random Raw. Cade and Murdoch were pretending to be the Hardy's friends only to turn heel and take the tag titles from them. I had front row tickets and brought a sign that said "Cade and Murdoch are my heros". I was hoping they would turn heel that week and I would hold my sign up proud while they were attacking the Hardys but they turned heel the next. Regardless, Matt Hardy reads my sign and says "They're mine too", Jeff gives me a "WTF?" look, and Murdoch points to me and says something I couldn't hear because he was too far away.

I want to see Daniel Bryan have a match against Wade Barrett for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania. They would've come full circle from both making their start on NXT, then forming the Nexus and invading Raw, to having a WrestleMania match for the WHC at stake.

People don't want Taker coming back? Taker>You Marks!

I want Taker to come back
I want Taker to wrestle at Mania
I dont want Taker to talk slowly for three months to build up Mania
I dont want to hear Rest....... in...... Peace 200 times before Mania
I really don't want to hear about soul taking for the next 14-or-so RAW's till mania

Taker in early/mid March is fine.

Which is why he'll return after the Rumble/EC. I doubt they'll have Taker return this early. When did he return to face HBK the second time?

He should just go back to Biker Taker aka Mark Callaway.

Break the fourth wall and just start talking shit about HHH.

I would be excited for taker returning if I didnt know he would be feuding with HHH.

It wasnt exciting last year until they dragged HBK into it and I guess they will do the same again this year.

When he faced HBK the second time he was having matches here and there. He was in that year's Elimination Chamber match which set up the WM match when HBK cost him the match and the title.

Living in England I haven't been to many events although I was lucky enough to have Austin appear and ref a match at a manchester house show in 2005 or so

After the main event cena big show and Austin celebrated with beers in ring, cena then rapped followed by FUing the big show and then drank a beer and austin stunned him. Awesome.

Also saw rated RKO win the tag belts from roddy piper and someone else at a live raw along with a pretty awesome hardy - johnny nitro match where hardy won the ic title

Yep! Exactly. Plenty of time to bring him in pre-WM. Not sure why it has to be now, especially if he's just going up against Mr. Hs again.

And I also love that Cena RR moment, as those MSG fans really made it memorable. Hope the crowd's as good this year.

That was the year appeared from under the ring, right? Guess there's a chance he might appear tomorrow then. Watch it be him and then Jericho decides to show up right after setting up a Taker vs Jericho match at Wrestlemania.
Yeah right... :|

Not a return, but my favorite Rumble moment:

I was there.

Remember when Royal Rumbles furthered storylines?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KdjRd1T3Ps

a pretty awesome hardy - johnny nitro match where hardy won the ic title

Was that the one where Johnny Nitro did starship Pain for the first time only to have Jeff No sell it and pull a Kelly Kelly?

As for greatest moments live:

Shawn Michaels vs Randy Orton Survivor Series 2007, when he started busting out all those submissions. Never marked out that hard live ever again.

Someone already mentioned the WM24 moments but two other thinsg that really got me on the show was when Big Show started dragging Floyd Mayweather back to the ring and the whole arena started laughing and wishing death on Floyd. Also when Orton unexpectedly retained his championship and our whole section started singing his old theme: "Hey! Nothing you can say!"

It could very well be but it's obviously not the match people want to see. Everyone wants to see Punk v. Jericho and I'm one of them.

Vince's commentary is so bad: "YES. YES. YES."

And yes, it's a damn crime that Punk will be in a stupid championship match at the Rumble this year. In fact, I hope Ziggler wins tomorrow night so Punk ends up in the Rumble.

On the subject of Rumble Returns nothing tops this, the reaction cracks me up every time, starts off with marking out and then they remember just who it actually is and start booing, the little smug head nod by Cena is the icing on the cake. They kept this one well under wraps.

GAF got pissed there

I'm excited for Punk vs Jericho also, but I'd rather see Taker vs Jericho than another HHH rematch. I'll take another Kane rematch than seeing another HHH rematch.

I'm still feeling a bit stung that Edge/Jericho at WM26 was merely okay, possibly due to Edge still not being 100% and that the build up was abysmal (SPEAR! SPEAR! SPEAR!)
And because of that i'm somewhat dubious of another Jericho main event at WM, lets not forget X8 either. He does great outside of main events so by this logic i'd sooner see him face Taker, hell i'll take anything over HHH.

WM26 had such a good card yet the event really underwhelmed in the end, Bret/Vince was a disaster, I think I enjoyed Cole/King more (enjoyed isn't really the word, tolerated perhaps), hopefully this year we can bypass having one of those sort of matches.

Maybe it's finally time for the debut of that guy who was meant to feud with taker a few years back.

On that topic lets list insignificant people that had vignettes:

The guy I just mentioned (name escapes me)
Kizarny
The Highlanders (although I did like the vignettes)
The boogeyman

I was at the Raw where Vince ate a Stunner for the first time and Cactus Jack made his WWE debut.

I was also at the Raw where Bubba Ray Dudley BubbaBombed Mae Young off the Raw stage and through a table.

I was at the Raw in MSG where Lita was boo'ed out of the building after Matt Hardy got fired and the Smackdown in Atlantic City where Hogan and Edge won the WWE Tag Team Titles. I saw MNM debut and win the Tag Titles too.

I was at Summerslam for Rock vs. HHH in a Ladder Match as well.

I've been in person for a lot of WWE moments, but Vince's first Stunner has to be the biggest one.

1/2/12 is the return of Real Stone Cold.

That was awesome.

"Pink tights? What the hell's that all about?"
"I ain't no Sexy Boy."
"I don't dance, son."

I remember the Kizarny ones where he was speaking all backwards and shit. He had like one or two matches I guess?
I also remember some magic guy who I forget even debuted or not. It was kinda silly.

Are there any rumored Mania matches floating around? Right now the only match we know is Rock v Cena, and the two most believed rumors are Jericho v Punk, and Triple H v Undertaker. Any others?

Kizarny would've been big if Trips wasn't such a sourpuss.

I was there too! Highway to Hell! ...wasn't it weird watching the Owen v. Shamrock match on the score screen? I remember it being kinda boring.
