Yep, i saw them at sakuracon back in 2008, they where great.
I just listened to the new Shiina Ringo song in full and it's awful (never thought I'd say that.) Get rid of the auto tune and with a bit of work it might be decent. It sounds like a scrapped Jihen song. She needs to stop using whoever's been doing the mastering lately as well.

So, yesterday I saw OKAMOTO'S and [Alexandros] in London... It was fucking amazing.
Both bands are crazy good live, they blew me away <3
The setlists weren't surprising but it was sooooooooo good, especially [Alexandros]. My throat hurts so much. I couldn't stop singing like a maniac especially during Kick&Spin and ワタリドリ... Only 7 songs though, that was waaaaay too short. It was still perfect, [Alexandros] will forever be one of my favorite bands.
Too bad the crowd was mostly there to see Vamps, half of them didn't care about the other bands smh smh

Besides that, I've been listening to far too much jpop lately. Can someone recommend a really heavy band for me? Possibly something with guttural vocals and a wall of noise. For example, Crossfaith, but louder and less electronics unless it works well.

it's the only song on the album that I really like, so honestly they should probably just go in that direction from here...
I like every song except お局ロック, that one just kinda annoys me. Would have replaced it with とんがりヤング.

I liked this one the most. I bit too hardcore, but really solid. Fear and Loathing and Her Name in Blood I've listened to before.

yeah that Swarrrm album is one of my favorite albums of all time. definitely one of the most bonkers vocal performances I've ever heard, and that's saying a lot.

Sweet! Hopefully it's better than the most recent singles. Those song names are the most Ling Tosite Sigure, only thing that's missing is the word "sadistic" in there somewhere.
