That's pretty much the concept of the album haha, it's black music by a Japanese dude, hence the "Yellow" which basically refers to Hoshino's skin color.
Glad you liked it, it's a wonderful album.

KANA-BOON's new album Origin made me eat crow. I thought it was going to be a TIME 1.5 but it ended being a more varied release than I expected. Some stuff on this album made me go "Is it KANA-BOON?!" like グッドバイ that sounds like a funky Straightener tune, or the dark インディファレンス where Maguro's voice reaches some unusual notes. The promo of this album is centered around the fact that it's a new starting point, a new "Origin" and it's quite true. You can defitinely feel that breath of fresh air when listening to it. Gotta give it more time to grasp all the new subtilities but all I can say is that I'm impressed to see what these guys managed to pull off just one year after the previous album.
Still think なんでもねだり is too long for the kind of song it is though, it would be way better if it was 3:30 long and not 5 minutes.

I don't actually understand what the 1000 and 3000 tier rewards are, but I'll still probably throw them a few bucks. and yeah Ricky is big into horror manga/movies/etc, a lot of these things are probably dream collaborations
e: the more I hear of this Necronomidol album, the more disappointed I get. If I had the master tracks and a full day, I could fix it. it all just sounds so wimpy

It seems like the 1000 reward is some photos taken on set and the 3000 one is some sort of video message.
