Female gossip is always amusing. Sometimes just downright stupid and wrong beyond belief. This one is amusing nonetheless.

The note was uncalled for but who knows. Maybe she was giving him "fuck me" eyes all night and the wife didnt like it. She got called out and detipped so she got mad and wrote up a big story to get people to sympathize for her.

Maybe the no tipper is a huge hag. Anyones guess at this point.

Personally I think its societies fault in creating an industry where tipping is a thing.

Why the need to vent about it and post online? Working in catering, retail you always get arseholes, and you just move on.

Posting about it online is one thing, but retorting doesn't make you any better. Feeling that way's fine, so is telling the husband about it (who by the way is just as bad as hers for allowing the waitress to post this wherever she did and slag off the other bloke for being ugly.) Just don't tell people. Otherwise you're no longer a "victim" if you could even call it that.

I serve tables, and I have said to myself many times that people will end up tipping me more then I would would have tipped myself. If someone doesn't like my service, I do not expect them to tip me well. Plenty of times I have made a fuck up, and as such expected my tip to reflect that. I do not enjoy or understand the need to try and tip shame people, it all even outs in the end anyhow

While I'm sure that is true for some people, I cant think of a time I've tipped more because of the waiter/waitress looks. For me its simple, good service gets 15%.
