Her scene(s) has been removed from the theatrical version, but it'll still be in the R-rated ultimate edition.
She's not Robin or Batgirl in the movie too.

BY EVAN CAMPBELL The Hunger Games: Catching Fire actress Jena Malone has been cut from the theatrical version of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Entertainment Weekly reports Malone's mystery character won't show up on the silver screen, though she will appear in the R-rated Ultimate Edition for home entertainment. Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder also provided some additional insight into her role.
I think we should keep it private, but its nothing thats been talked about, said Snyder. Shes definitely not Robin or Batgirl. Im happy to say that.
The theatrical cut of Batman v Superman is set to run roughly two hours and 30 minutes long. As for the R-rated cut, Snyder and Warner Bros. aren't talking yet about how much additional content is included, though the stronger rating is apparently from sequences of violence.
Batman v Superman debuts March 25, and the superhero film is tracking to open with $140 million domestically.
