This isn't a fucking "circus". We are watching an "expert witness" who has written the book on fucking over men in court be cross examined and exposed. There are at least 50 men she's directly impacted in personal testimony in the past, and god knows how many have been impacted through her teachings, instructions, books, conferences etc etc etc in her 30 years weaponizing this shit.

We are glad this is televised because we rarely see these high profile cases live. Plus the subject of the male being the victim rarely being talked about.

If you have not seen the trial, inside that court room it’s far from a circus.

By all expert accounts I've been following, the entire case rests on her testifying. The fact the defense rolled out that expert witness first proves they have nothing, and everything is based on Ms Heard's statements.

These cases are both evidence based and a popularity contest. Right now Johnny has the evidence and popularity. If the defense had evidence they would've led with that - instead they led with a person who has clear bias towards men (she's literally never represented a male victim of abuse by a female), and this witness used Amber's self-reports and treating physician notes as "data" (treating physicians do not diagnose, do not infer crimes, and they are required to take their patient's statements as truth). This witness also tried to frame Ms Heard's violence as "reactive violence"........I could go on and on but it was disgusting. You can imagine how many men have had this same exact testimony used against them by lawyers in domestic abuse cases to try and flip the situation on them (this witness alone has testified over 50 times in 30 years).

Amber needs to win her case because her lawyers, the evidence, and witnesses so far have done her no favors.
