Do you think any normal person gives a shit about all those things? Many of them will already have made up their mind and were blanking out when the judge gave that long winded boring speech. I definitly would have and would have found heard guilty on all counts before the trial even started.

The lawsuit was not because of the divorce. They signed an NDA from the divorce. Amber Turd broke that agreement and the most salacious details came after. All lies, she profited through gaming more notoriety through the ACLU DV victims. Which lead to more articles like in the Sun and she wrote the Washington Post article.

The suit wouldn’t have happened if she stuck to the NDA and kept Johnny out of her life.

Attorney's fee shifting in America is very rare, usually only if agreed in a contract or if the cause of action is based on a statute that requires it.
