What a pathetic process. The guy tries to give a true answer and they just cut him off. How does a jury member not find this lawyer a complete clown.

It's like asking:
A: Did you kill him?
B: I did..
A: Thank you no further questions
B: ...not.

Question for Lawyers: Why was the former TMZ employee allowed to testify when he wasn't a whitness listed in Discovery and no discovery time was spend regarding him? I thought "surprise" witnesses weren't a real thing in trials (just in TV/Movies)

Also.. is that former TMZ employee about to get sued to oblivion by TMZ for breaching his NDA?

They didn't want to open more about this incident! It led to Amber getting arrested! Which the cop didn't mention!

Both cross and rebuttal they have about an hour left, that's why there was couple times they didn't ask any questions to certain witnesses and most of the cross was short!

They also shouldn't be able to rebut anything from Johnny's rebuttal, as they are only allowed to rebut their case against the Waldman statements. (According to Rekieta they should object anything about Johnnys case)

So they have an hour for whoever they want to call, while Depps team can grille them for hours about their flaky crap.
 
I am a graphic designer and I was so pissed at that stupid AH lawyer not letting the expert talk about Images and editing software etc. He was just trying to change the narrative.

I had to learn so much about images, formats etc at University and there goes a stupid lawyer with no idea of what he is talking about trying to turn everything upside down and argue with an expert. So ridiculous. We people who work with photographs and editing software have our eyes trained so much that we can tell right away if gama is up or down, if hue is not accurate etc.

Nowadays it does not take a genius to change photos, Apple photos make it so easy, you can use the burn or dodge tool to change parts of an image, even take out any imperfections...

I though lawyers in America were better than this...
