The only way JD has any chance of getting his movie career back is to win this case I think. That's the only way Hollywood would dare to cast him, as they can say he won the case and AH lost when attacked by the blue-haired looney toons.

Closing arguments are tomorrow, then the jury will deliberate. There is no time limit, there might not be a verdict until sometime next week.
 
The Pirates "On Stranger Tides" was total crap (and really disconnected from the book of the same name). I don't remember the last installment at all -- although I'm sure I watched it.

It would have been a good paycheck for Depp, but it is past time he abandoned that sinking ship.
 
Hollywood doesn't give a fuck about what other Hollywood people say. The voice of the audience is the real deal.
The next movie from Depp will be a hit. Hollywood stayed away from him because the people wanted him to get canceled and now the people want him back.

Actually she is really good at acting and has good range, a few years ago she was in a movie and her character was queen Elizabeth I
I had no idea it was her but yeah actors work with that they are given to... if the scrip sucks there's so much an actor can do to make it better.

I will give you that but Twitter is not a real place for me and i bet they have data on how many people watched this trial and what the public reception for it is.
 
Walter Hamada nuked Amber's career. His deposition was filmed in March and debunked everything that her team and witnesses said these past weeks.
Her team and witnesses spoiled Aquaman 2, misrepresented her and other people's relationship with Warner and threw various insiders under the bus.

No independent filmmakers will want to put up with her after the spectacle she gave on the stand.
 
The woman argued the picture of the floor which she used for two events where different when not even the wine bottle was in a different position. Wtf. She was getting slaughtered on her own manufactured evidence. There is no way anyone can believe anything she says, plus she admitted she wrote the op-ed about Johnny which is what the case is about.

'#MeToo apart from this bitch' will be the new slogan for the movement.

Is anyone more hated than someone who uses a movement to cause damage to a relatively innocent party?

I can't think of any. I can't see Depp getting his career back. But possibly a career. I don't think Hollywood will want to touch either of these 2 after this.

I really want him to win but he may not even get the decision here.

Hollywood blockbusters suck anyways.. honestly some of my favorite Mel Gibson stuff has been post-"cancelled." Force of Nature, Dragged Across Concrete, Blood Father... good stuff.

I think people aren't being realistic. Depp is going to leave this trial with his reputation and Heard exposed. That's the win.

Doesn't matter, Heard is done. Idiot should have just been happy with the 7M, but the moron couldn't help herself and ran her mouth. She wasn't expecting Depp, who she's been abusing for so long, to actually grow a pair and challenge her. In the past, he always ran alway from conflict but she just couldn't help hurting him as much as she could, while pretending to be the victim, and backing him into a corner until he had no option but to fight.

Depp will lose the defamation case, because there's going to be at least one fuckwit in the jury, but he was given a voice finally and the chance to expose that Heard creep for all the world to see. Whether that rejuvenates his career? 🤷‍♀️

Depp's closing statement was incredibly moving, and he seems so genuine. And what really got me was when he actually went in to bat for Whitney, despite her conspiring with Amber to destroy him.

Amber is done. She basically admitted to doing the reasons for the defamation case. I hope JD's lawyers mention this on their closing statements.

Also if Johnny wins can he possibly use this to reopen the UK case? It makes the judge there look like an utter fool for not letting a ton evidence into trial.

Knowing Johnny, he will probably just waive it on the condition that she and the rest of her leeching circle of friends and family just simply leave him alone. That would be far easier than extracting an apology or money out of them. Dude just wanted to move on with his life and set the record straight.

I may or may not be too inebriated to see if my eyes deceiving me, but does she try to take another bump and quickly realize the camera is on her then just freeze there till she thinks enough time has past so she can wipe her nose or is it my hypothetical possible recreational chemical use distorting my view?
