There's 10 points they need to agree on, I think. 7 for depps case and 3 for turds. With all decisions required to be backed up by the evidence.
I don't expect that to be done that quick.
They asked a question about point 3 of depps case a couple of hours ago, so you'd assume they are either on point 3 or 4 by now.
Also I seem to remember if they didn't rule for depp they didn't need to go through all the points, so if I have remembered right, they have already ruled in depps favour on the first 2 points.
I will have to watch the jury instructions again I think.
