As far as I know, you can't file for an appeal until you have paid for the money you owe. Last I heard, she doesn't even have the money to pay Johnny.

There's a recording of this at the time that she made that basically says she made it all up as her lawyer told her she'd get evicted if she didn't blame johnny for anything.
