I'm not sure that's the FULL full version. Aren't they usually 3 verses? It really feels like it's missing 1 verse in the middle. Besides, it's "custom made" anyways which explains the complete lack of transition between the verses at least.

Oh man this episode is THAT episode.

The best part of this week's episode, after the pose, was the DVD commercial narrated by Santana.

D.........v....................d

Wham! Pidgeons. Human Centipede. Spaghetti.

Oh my god. That was awesome.

Can't wait for next episode. The balls touch and more fabulous posing.

Just get GetBack when they release, they have subs with both versions of the names, and I'm pretty sure they're likely to be the only ones to use them.

It just made me groan when I saw "AC/DC" written, and the same guys won't translate Hamon as ripple, it just boggles the mind.

Thanks for the tip.

I'm gonna add to the list of "relatively petty translation complains" with this

First to tell me what the wrong thing here that's annoying me too much is gets a gold star.

THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

The issue is different, keeping hamon as it is is just not translating just to sound more Japanese, while changing the official names to explicit the reference is wrong imo.

That's how the French version that was published was translated, so maybe I'm biased but it makes more sense to me than age old beings literally being called AC/DC.And at least it's a great professional translation, not a fan translation, with all due respect for the fan translators.

EDIT:Oh yeah, Senorita What the FUCK!!!!!

No tilde.

I notice shit like this all the time. Can't complain too much with fan translations, but when crap like this is in my expensive, limited edition re-translated manga, I get pretty annoyed.

I think the bigger problem is that an Italian man is saying "senorita" instead of "signora". Edit:signorina, my bad.

Senorita is Spanish.

Guys, guys... wait for me for complaining about italian stuff, I'm italian.
Until that time I confirm that "signorina" should've been used since "senorita" is spanish.

So what should name should an "ancient Super-Vampire, revived from stone" have? because 'Esideci' and 'Whammu' don't exactly strike me as the names of ancient Super-Vampires.

Esidesi and Wamuu are strange sounding names, fitting for an ancient vampire from South America. The reference is preserved without being too obvious. AC slash DC doesn't make sense for a vampire from South America, without the roman alphabet and anything.
Also I'm pretty sure "AC/DC" in Japanese is "AC/DC". http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/AC/DC so if his name was supposed to be spelled AC/DC it would be spelled "AC/DC".

It's like if Goku's sayan name was translated as "Carrot" instead of "Kakarot".

I say let the ancient super-vampires have whatever name they fucking want BECAUSE they're ancient super-vampires and I don't want to meet a horrible gory and full of body horror end for contradicting them.

I honestly wasn't feeling this episode, even with Caesar's fabulousness. The tone was all over the place too; in a way this felt like two episodes compressed into one.

Araki really doesn't even try when designing women.

edit: Also, it's señorita. Different sound.

Yeah I have to say this as well, the episode that follows should be great as fuck though.

This was more of a transition episode honestly, and it did felt a bit compressed.

Also: people who accept hamon instead of ripple as a translation strike me as the sort of people that advocate for the use of the word nakama in One Piece.

If the anime reaches part 5, then we'll have A LOT to be pissed off for. (I'm italian too)

Also: the posing in this episode was relentless, and that was good.

Okay I caved. Where the fuck is this from?

Watching with sub. Amazing eps, especially at first half.

I'm not surprised with the Pillar Men, but Caesar's seiyuu surprise me because his lack of experience, but he doing admirable job.
