Both of those teams weren't even real tag teams, just singles thrown together. What a rip!
Definitely find the Punk/Bryan match from Over The Limit in May - great match
That was at Extreme Rules, another good one
a few months back i came upon a match vs Lance Storm. i guess it was his return back to wrestling. Storm didnt look old at all. The match lasted forever i guess thats how ROH does things, also the ring was very bouncy looking. that doesnt answer the questiom correctly but thats the best Daniel Bryan match i seen.

Yup, I'm loving it. The rest of Raw was mediocre but all the AJ/D-Bry/Punk segments were awesome. The crowd fucking loved it too. I'm so happy they listen to the crowd instead of the idiots online that think they're smarks. This show isn't for you anymore, obviously. Move on. Go watch RoH or some other shitty indie org. Wrestling's soap opera aspects are just as important as the actual wrestling, probably even more.

The Yes chants and reaction AJ got after slapping both of them at the end were huge, I loved it. Those were the loudest Yes chants I've heard in a long time, even compared to D-Bry. I'm glad I'm not jaded. Proud to be a mark.
theres a major difference between AJ love story vs having Beth Pheonix wrestle longer than 30 seconds.

I didn't like when AJ was going on about how no one has ever shown concern or as much love for her like dear CM Punk and how glorious it is.

Who cares? Even if Cena loses the cash in, you know he's going to win in the end somehow, and he'll be WWE Champion before long, squashing people, and taking over the main event.

I just hate listening to them go on about OH LORD MERCY ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR SINCE CENA WAS CHAMP!!!!! like it some unbelievable thing that someone so wonderful could go (barely even close to) a year without being fake recognised for the 15th billion time in his career.

The series of matches vs Ziggler from Bragging Rights 2010 and that weeks Raw and Smackdown were great too
Yeah, it's really disheartening. It's like no matter what, there's really no point in being invested in the storyline, because you know how it's going to end when Cena's involved. Even the ride getting there is bad. You could say it was the same for the other big name guys back in the day, but Rock only was on top for like a year or two, and Stone Cold only had a few years too (one of which he was out due to neck surgery). You have to go back to Hogan to see someone last this damn long in the main event picture, but Hogan rarely appeared on TV back then. He was plastered all over WWE for hours every week. I've gotten to the point where I know Cena will win the title. Wins MITB, loses the briefcase, who cares? He's going to eventually win it all, and it'll be soon. They may switch things around a bit on how he gets there, but he will, and he'll be delivering crappy promos until then.

Don't forget that several years ago they replaced JR's "the whole world is watching" soundbyte at the end of the opening montage with Cena's "The Champ is Here!"
So every time you tune in to a WWE show, you get reminded that Cena's the champ.

lol my GF actually asked about that the other week, she only started watching this year and really couldn't understand why they say that when he's not even champ.
It was hard to explain why its sorta a catch phrase he uses and reality is the Cena Championship is the most important thing there is in the WWE and he is always that so I guess it fits?

What did you expect Punk to do? How long did you think the Punk shoot/anarchy angle could possibly last? That's what I don't get about the Punk = new Cena stuff. You can't keep 'shooting' like that, it does nothing but hurt the product in the long run. You also run out of shit to say because you keep have to say more and more 'real' things. It's like some of you are totally clueless about how this works (not singling you out Conrad). He can't be calling HHH Paul and HHH calling him Phil for a year and catering to the IWC. You run out of material, it just doesn't work like that.
He doesn't have to shoot, just deliver promos like he's actually interested in what's going on. Punk was awesome before he was "shooting". Go watch his Nexus stuff, go listen to his commentary on matches. It certainly doesn't help that he's been playing second string in the AJ angle, but he's been totally uninteresting since the Nash stuff.

Already do watch ROH, mate. And NJPW, AJPW, TNA, CHIKARA, PWG, BJW, NOAH, ZERO1, AAW, DDT, etc. If I didn't, I wouldn't be a wrestling fan anymore. And if it wasn't for guys like Punk & Bryan, etc, y'know, guys who learned their craft in those "shitty indy" promotions, then perhaps I could finally abandon this torrid excuse for a wrestling show. Here's an idea, how about you just accept the fact that people like me, people who actively dislike the current product, are still going to follow WWE for a number of reasons. Like it or not, it's the top promotion, the grandest stage, and I'll gladly fast forward through an hour and a half of crap to see guys like Daniel Bryan wrestle, whose career I've been following for a decade now. So, no, I won't move on. Perhaps you would do better to ignore opinions like mine if all you can offer is snide remarks in the place of counter-argument.

They also gave The Undertaker what chants. It's what happens when creative gives you 5 minute of lines and tells you to take 20 minutes delivering them.
The crowd was chanting her name during the main event, so I doubt really they hated the segment in the beginning that much.
