If they changed some of that and he put over some younger guys, Cena would be okay in my book.

Seriously though, I don't think they'll FE him. He'll be jobbed out for a while, but he's a good worker and plenty of people have 2 strikes and haven't been fired.

He's always been a jobber though. Fortunately for him, at one point Jericho was putting him over.

Oh, and remember John Cena tried being a swell champ and tagging with him. I believe he got the pin in a match versus Edge and Sheamus.

But outside those times? WWE does not care.

Yeah but he's been tag champ, and he's always been useful in MITB matches. Did he ever beat Sheamus one on one? I remember him cheap shotting him a bunch of times.

Either way I think Tatsu, Reks, and even Hawkins would go before Bourne. I'm not sure what his merch sales are like but kids, and me, seem to like him.
