Tbh Sasha probably suggested that idea at one point. Can't get anymore weeaboo then dressing like Sailor Uranus. She and Snoop must discuss manga well.

I had a bus driver who didn't have cable so I'd get on the bus and we would talk about Raw and sometimes when it got too loud she'd just say, "That's okay, I will watch it on Smackdown." She LOVED The Rock.

I think it was really weird when Asuka came in they had Titantron graphics for her that said KANA on it and they called her Kana the entire interview and then randomly at the end William Regal goes, "and now we will call you Asuka" and then that was it and they never referred to her as Kana again.

Asuka has gone from working with women who seem to aim to maim, concuss and generally offer up their body on a plate to each other in order to have crazy stiff matches, in a genre of wrestling that is often considered to be on the cutting edge of developments for in ring across the industry.

Now she works with Nia Jax, it's going to be awkward to some extent. No offense to Nia, she has come a long way in a year.

They did the same with Hideo Itami if I remember correct. He announced that as his current ring name or something. From what I heard, HHH wanted to keep him as Kenta Kobayashi, but Vince demanded the change.

She already looked as scary as a little girl trying to be mean but now... Yikes

She's supposed to be a "monster" heel but her music, the close-up on her eyes during her entrance and shit. I'm afraid her gimmick is "Plus-size model doing wrestling".

Eh. She's improved in the ring. She needs a major boost in confidence though. Definitely too timid to come off as menacing right now.

Maybe the Rock needs to save her and then do that pointing thing he did with Roman and Cena. Maybe it would come off as less corny since the Rock actually knows, talks to and is related to Nia Jax.

A friend of mine was telling me Asuka's gimmick in Japan was way more perverse/sexual almost and they toned her down for NXT. I need to see this stuff, she's already badass.

She's not athletic enough. Plus sized model wrassler is a good description.

She can improve in some ways but not being athletic puts a low and hard ceiling on her.

It's crazy that 15 years ago Justin Credible was 27 and X Pac was 29. X Pac had 14 years of the business under his name, my question is, if he was still young why didn't they use him throughout the 2003-2010 period? And with Hunter and HBK having stroke, you would think that Shawn would have a job for life.

Smackdown had all the best guys...and also Hogan. I really want the new live Smackdown to become great again so I can go back to watching that. Not to mention it is an hour shorter.

dude was a fucking mess during that time, not to mention he was together with Chyna. no-shows in TNA & indies, drug problems, releasing the porn with Chyna etc. he even tried suicide in 2007-2008.

It's gonna take time with Andrade. The big problem they had is that the crowds have suddenly decided Tye should be pushed even though he's a 36 year old jobber to stars and always has been. He's the new Tyler Breeze, I guess.

I like Meltzer's Crack Take that the problem is that he's not masked.
