'expected Otunga to win. Pretty surprised that Barrett came out on top. I guess it's only a matter of time that Otunga "magicallly" appears on either RAW/Smackdown -- and the same could go for Daniel Bryan honestly, and I wouldn't mind that at all. Pretty okay end to the first season. I'm hyped for Kaval/Low Ki, but I'm dissapointed that he's going to be under the tutelage of Lay-Cool. Layla is my wifey and all, but dayum.

In the upcoming weeks and months, I honestly cannot wait to see the reaction of the people who have never watched Low Ki before.
Low Ki is probably the main reason why I first got interested in the indies, and he's been deserving of a shot in the WWE for years now.
If you've never watched Ki before, I think you'll be in for quite a treat.
Oh, and it's absolutely tremendous how Vince has paired up Low Ki with Lay-Cool. :lol Cannot wait to watch their interactions.

Teddy Long appeared on the screen and said Undertaker was found In a vegetative state over the weekend by Kane. The show starts with the Druids bringing a casket to the ring. It seemed like there was some type of weird funeral going on.
Kane reached the podium and said Undertaker was never gonna walk amongst us. To make a long speech short, they killed off Undertaker. Kane vowed revenge on whoever was responsible for putting Taker in a vegetative state. He dropped to the floor and started crying.... Weak way to write off the Undertaker.
1. Jack Swagger defeated MVP. Swagger came out wearing a Sooners jersey, which got a lot of heat with the Texas crowd. This was a really good match live. Swagger won with a rollup. MVP was attacked afterwards by the Dudebusters.
It was announced that there would be a battle royal involving every member of the Smackdown roster to determine which wrestler will replace Undertaker in the World Hvt. Championship match at the Fatal Four Way pay-per-view.
2. Kofi Kingston defeated Drew McIntyre to retain the Intercontinental Title. A couple minutes in to the match, Matt hardy walked through the crowd with a ticket in his hand. He sat close to the announcers' table. Later in the match, Drew walked over and slapped Matt.. Security held him back. This all distracted Drew, and Kofi won with Trouble in Paradise. Matt broke free. He went in the ring and hit the Twist of Fate on Drew, and was chased away by security.
3. Kelly Kelly defeated Rosa Mendes. Seconds into the match, LayCool walked onto the ramp. WWE doesn't care, so why should I? Kelly won.
4. Rey Mysterio won a battle royal and will replace Undertaker in the Fatal Four Way match at the pay-per-view. Several minutes no eliminations than the bodys just. Started dropping. Christian was eliminated and chased dolph to the back.. Very pro Mysterio crowd. It came down to Mysterio, Kane, and Luke Gallows. Mysterio got the win.
The participants included Rey Mysterio, Dolph Zigger, Chris Masters, JTG, Finlay, The Dudebusters, Drew McIntyre, Kofi Kingston, Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer (who actually attacked MVP earlier), Kane, and Chavo Guerrero.

WWE uploaded some photos of the new rookies. And they said that fan voting will also play a bigger part this season. I plan on keeping Percy Watson in the competition as long as possible.
As for this batch of rookies, I can easily see Barret, Danielson, Gabriel, and yes, even Otunga showing up on the main brands in the near future. I even think Slater could get in there well. And they could always shoehorn a story with Darren Young being Cena's half-black brother in there somewhere.

And from what I've seen in FCW, Percy Watson has the potential to go far simply based on his character alone.
Percy Watson and Darren Young were apart of a tag-team in FCW called the South Beach Boys and were pretty entertaining.

I'm hoping Kaval wins next season. Everyone else's names just sound so...generic. WWE really needs more unique names for their guys.
My only other gripe with the naming is something that they've been doing so many times. Saying that so and so is someone's parent but completely changing their name to where the name recognition isn't even there anymore. If you say a guy is someone's son, he should at least have a reason for not using his dad's last name. At least The Rock before explained that he took his dad's first name and his grandfather's last name to create his name.
