Copying what I wrote in the other thread.

Picture is confirmed to be fake.

That is Jack Horner's wife/student and she was there for Jurassic World.

She is either wrong or there are two different types of Raptors in the movie and she doesn't realize it.

To tag onto yesterday's discussion of real vs. CGI, i just want to point out that the best T-Rex visual in the original is real... and Grant's reaction to it is great.:

JP3 was such a disappointment. The CG was horrible for the most part, though the pterodactyls were pretty well done. Same goes for the animatronics. That Spino robot had always looked ridiculous and very stiff in its movements.

My biggest gripes with JP3 was that it was only yet another rescue story that had an opportunity to expand and continue the overall story but... didn't, and it was really short with an abrupt "ok got the kid lessgo" ending. I don't think it was a bad movie, in fact I find it to be a quick and enjoyable movie but that's not what I want out of the series.

Oh and there are about a dozen plot holes and contrivances. But the raptors had feathers so it's better than the original.

Gonna be disappointed if we dont see Grant or Malcolm show up in JP5 or JP6.

Also, been reading the IDW Jurassic Park comics. Stuff is crazy...

So, I figured I would make a Dinosaur list of those that will appear in JW. Ones marked with a (?) means they are on the island, but haven't been confirmed to be in the film yet. Most of these are gathered from interviews, released media, and reports from extras.

T-Rex
"Diabolus Rex"
Velociraptor
Dimorphodon
Mosasaur
Triceratops
Gallimimus(?)
Unknown Sauropod(?)
Unknown Theropod(?)
Stegosaurus(?)

There probably are more, but that's all I have got at the moment.

I wonder what happened to all the animatronics used in the 3 movies, they should use them again, especially the T-rex.
A few tweaks to the robotics and some clever editing could go a long way...

I think Spinosaurus was hinted but that might have been a joke.

"Is this how you make dinosaurs?"

"This is how you play god."

Man that trailer was better than the movie.
Though to be fair I never completely hated JP3. It's short and does have the dinosaur action in there.

Yeah I'm one of the vocal minority who prefers JPIII to TLW, although both have their issues. I think it's a matter of which issues you find more annoying :P

Had I the money, I would love to have one of those Jeeps and one of the wagons (forget the make and model of those.)

Looks like.

If it weren't for the fact that a Jeep would be completely impractical where I live in the Washington DC area I'd be tempted as well.

Being staff at this place must be awful.

I still hope they do something with Nedry's Jeep but I doubt it.

That'd be great, even if it was just a minor visual cameo in the background.

They auctioned them off years ago.

I'd have to imagine that they weren't really made to last, either. Film stuff has a pretty short shelf life.

Don't know if anyone noticed this before but when the camera pans over some toys it comes across this, these are all actual toys and stuff.

The camera man also gets out of focus real quick when he gets to this image...ehehe

Funny stuff.

They had a ton of 'fake "real" products' in JP1.. don't understand what's so new/funny about this?

What I find strange is, why would a biological theme park have action figures of their staff (as shown in the Today show segment)? Seems they went a bit overboard in that aspect...

I doubt very much Sea World have killer whale trainer action figures in their gift shop...
