Jurassic World Rebirth | Official Trailer

Looks better than the last two trash movies, and I like Gareth Edwards. I might check this one out in theaters if the reception is positive enough.

That looks great especially the CGI dinosaurs

For streaming that is 👀

Looks like absolute trash, which is to be expected. "If we can get this DNA, we could save millions of lives." My 2-year old could write better dialogue.

Yeah, the dialogue in the trailer is piss poor. Would you believe David Kopp - the man who worte the screenplay for the original Jurassic Park - is on writing duties for this slop?

It just looks so tired and boring. I'm so done with the mutant hybrid nonsense as well. That's been done to death already. We all know how this film will end.

The big, bad, mutant D-Rex will attack the heroes, but then the T-Rex spawns in. It'll fight the D-Rex, beat it and save the day. Yawn.

I'm down for this. And I was very much in the 'they have ran out of steam', or are beyond milking those poor cgi dinosaurs 😂

To be honest, For once the trailers have mostly convinced me and done their job, in that it could be worth a watch. Instead of the usual spoil the whole movie in 90 seconds or less 😬🫣

I have a theory anyway. That only the first movie in each dino trilogy will be worth watching. Or really brings something to the table. Guess it's down to scar jo to prove it true 😁

Although to be fair. the lost world, has some pretty cool moments. Before going bananas, in a mostly good way. In the last third

and it had Jeff G as the main act 😎. Can't knock that 👍😂

A Look Inside

I really dislike the look of this movie.

I feel like I already know how the plot and end scene will play out. 100% it will be littered with nostalgic call backs as well.

I really think the best way to move this franchise forward is to make a hard-R rated remake of the first film, but make it a true adaptation of the original novel.

I think a TV show of a hard R remake of the novel would be fine too.

Well, it's worth noting the original film IS the true version that Michael Crichton wanted to write as his book, an even mix of this sort of park gone wrong and the horrors it would cause, but also displaying child-like wonder of the dinosaurs in many scenes as well. The publishers didn't allow it as they felt the book wouldn't sell with the latter element and told him to focus only on the horror angle. So when Crichton got brought on as a co-writer for the movie's screenplay, he was allowed to make the version he had wanted in the first place.

Not saying a more novel-accurate remake couldn't be cool, but it's worth noting the original film more closely resembles the author's actual vision of the story than ironically the book itself.

I think it looks like it can be good. Also it has the Black Widow woman so that's a plus.

Another trash movie. Why can't they make a good JP? The first is so damn good, everything after it has either been generic/ok (Lost World) or just downright horrible (Everything else).
