I died twice on fast bikes hitting pedestrian cars that make sudden turns. Instant deaths are so not cool.

PS3:
-10 minute gameplay record feature with automatic YouTube upload option
-30 second replay feature with automatic YouTube upload option
-No frame tearing
X360:
-Some frame tearing when fps is sub 30.
Average frame rate of both is ~29fps I think, according to a comparison benchmark test. But aside from the video record, it's down to the controller and comfort. Since there's no online, there's no benefit of getting it for the platform that most of your friends are on.

Snuggler said:PS3 is the best option with the awesome youtube feature but the one thing 360 has in it's favor is custom soundtracks. I'm playing on the PS3 and sometimes I feel like it would be really nice to have my own music playing while I fly around and wreck havoc.
I had a nice kill against two enemies. I was at the bottom of Mile High Club and I tethered them together, making them both fall to their deaths at the same time.
'Twas pretty cool. It's like 20 seconds in. Two for One.
Oh and I had a plane pull me in a car. I didn't go too well at first but I made it off the ground and flew away with it. This is one of my faves so far: Gonna Hitch a Ride
Snuggler said:Thanks, I fixed it. I thought I already had it set, I wish they'd just be public from the start.
Not really, probably one of the largest complaints I have with the game.Banzaiaap said:Is there any way to get health back easily? I just seem to take so much damage, I basically can't do anything else than hide at that point.
I know about the Health-packs at the gas-stations but there are waaaay too less of those..

JRW said:Man the GPU water simulation option takes a big hit on the framerate, it still runs pretty good but I notice some slowdowns with it on, I ran the built in benchmark with these results:
GPU Water On: 56.08 FPS
GPU Water Off: 88.53 FPS
And what exactly is this Bokeh filter? I can hardly notice a difference with it on or off yet it also drops the framerate.

Bolo Santosi, something like: "that officer is my favourite, and I do mean favourite in EVERY WAY"
And at another time with nerve gas, where the people couldn't move / resist, don't remember exactly what she said, but most things she speaks about sounds like they could have to do with sex in some way, unless it's just me lol.
Neuromancer said:Just started this game. It is like crack, basically. I don't want to play anything else.
If you take every last bit of Bolo's dialog as sexual, that mission where you are broadcasting the torture video around Panau becomes a mission about broadcasting Bolo Santosi's murder porn sex tape around Panau. I shouldn't have laughed, but I did. :lolMechanical Snowman said:"I'm going to ride them raw on this one"
"In time, you'll find me to be quite... pleasing as well"
Definitely not just you, and those are just off the top of my head and I'm like, 20% through the game :lol Dialogue is great, for everyone's characters. It's done really well, despite how many people take the piss, it's perfect for the game.

I don't know, but their site says there are 51 hours left. I guess they posted it a bit early.Volcynika said:$30 for PC? hmm. When did this 48 hour sale start?
Warm Machine said:I love how slow the time of day moves. There are some spectacularly moody moments especially at night in rainy lighting storms. I love the sort of 50's meets futuristic architecture of the cities and they nail the tropical colors and lighting. I do wish that the cities and streets were more alive with pedestrians.
LovingSteam said:Ok folks, you have to have your submissions in by tomorrow at 12pm PST. The voting will go on until Friday 12pm PST. I will announce the winner on Saturday.
I will add the rules for voting in the OP.

NEOPARADIGM said:Yeah man, this bugs me. I wish there was an option like in Burnout Paradise to change it a bit. Seems like there's two solid hours of daylight followed by about 20 minutes of dusk/night/dawn, then right back into daylight. Lame.
Pandoracell said:I don't really mind this because, as with a lot of games, it's hard to see anything at night (realistic, I know!). Sure it's beautiful if you're flying up above the clouds, but if i'm down in some forest trying to complete a mission, I need to be able to know where i'm going.
