I'm not seeing it. The top image looks like a drop down menu over a word document.
The top and bottom panels seem to be MS Word, but the middle panel looks like Adobe Premiere.

If it helps at all, for the scene it's implied she's writing lyrics for a new song. Or at least something a long those lines
When Chet mentioned Word I assumed the first box was going into the menu. The next would be a window for Find & replace or something. But Word for mac opens most things like that it in a sidebar.
Edit: could be something Japanese specific. Watching someone type in that language seems complicated.

You also have to remember the first season came out in Spring 2009.
