I've already had my share of drama and arguing on the internet, so these days I just try to take it easy.
And cajun didn't start the drama, just so that's said.

What's everyone's plans over the next couple of days?
I'm spending tonight with 2 of my oldest friends [since nursery] it's sort of a tradition we've been doing every Christmas eve for the last 15 odd years, and then Christmas day with the family.

Finished Christmas on the 21st here since that's when everybody had time off. Just relaxing until New Years Eve now.

Not really. Have the 2 Christmas movies that we usually watch on Christmas Eve on DVD and everybody were there so it was all good.

Though that whole incident is a sorry affair. It's sobering thought - as to how much a personal stake people put into the happenings on the internet.

The whole thing seems like a mess. I'm sure worse has been said in there before. Though I don't know the whole of it.
I probably would have done the same thing. I think the response was appropriate given the circumstances. Without going into too much detail because I don't know what I'm allowed to say, these are people we care about and seeing them bullied in person or online makes no difference us. We don't differentiate, these are real people being picked on and slandered.
With that said in our defense, I do wish you a Happy Holidays.
In either case, tact should have been exercised - on both sides.
But anyway, back to the usual stuff...
