I wish I could convince my grandpa to redo my room.

Shit I don't need much. Just get rid of the second bed or something. And buy some bookcases or whatever so I can have stuff there instead of having everythig stacked up on my dresser. (Seriously there is a reason I haven't watched my FLCL DVD yet)

That base was far too huge to keep out, when she was on my desk she had it but I had a lot less figures then. As soon as she went up on the shelf I put it back in the box since she's fine without it <3

Morning guys. Just got back from trying to get health insurance. Since I'm young I can only get stuff from that Obamacare stuff. Hopefully they have something cheap or I'm going to be hurting bad.

Hell I am 31 and have to use the ACA and even then it is a lower tier plan just to avoid the tax penalty. Still have a crazy deductible.

Gotta love our Health Care System....hope you get it sorted out.

I'm pretty much at maximum capacity...5 Billy bookcases from Ikea and two more from Target. I also have two wall shelves with a third that I still need to put up. Wall shelves are the only way right now I can even consider expanding my display space.

This. I collect videogame hardware. mostly just consoles (but not the games) so they take up all my shelf space. My figures at the moment are all piled up in the corner of my bedroom, except a couple of figmas.

Even with insurance stuff can still be crazy expensive, as I found out from my shoulder surgery a couple years ago. Not to mention confusing and overwhelming because I got a ton of different bills just for one procedure...the surgeon, the surgical center, the anesthesiologist and the anesthesia itself all were billed separately. I'm sure there were more but that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Actually, 4 out of my 5 Billy's are smaller ones specifically designed for media storage. I'd probably have more but they were discontinued a long time ago. But the bigger one gets the job done too. Thinking about it, I might have room for one more bookshelf (maybe even a Detolf), but it will take some creative reorganizing. That's one thing I'll be attempting to do this weekend.

Er... I edited my post to clarify a little. Got the consoles themselves in Expedit units.

Isn't Detolf discontinued? Should try to get some ASAP.

Edit: Oh. It seems they only changed the model number and packaging. Never mind.

Hehe. What does those smaller Billy shelves look like? Can't remember seeing any of those. Only seen those Benno DVD towers for media storage ever since I had to start looking for furniture.

Only problem I have is that I'd probably have to rent a van or something to get a Detolf or one of the taller bookcases. I used to have a truck, but now I just have a Ford Focus so that doesn't quite work as well (if at all).

Come to think of it I don't think they are Billy's, but I can't remember what the actual name is. There might still be a sticker on one of them so I'll have to check later. The closest I can find on the website is the Benno, but that isn't it.

Haha. I had to borrow a van at work when I got my last couple of Billy shelves. I might be able to fit 1 Detolf in my car, but that would be a really tight fit. No way I could get any of the full-height Billy ones though.

Oh, ok. Let me know if you find out.
