But do you think people know that? Well, for example: all of the people singing/dancing along at the baseball game. I don't know.. just seems like an odd way for them to break out.

At baseball games each player has their own cheering song that is appropriated from another song. The words you have to chant appear on a huge screen and you follow along. According to the video title that's the chant for a player from LG Twins.

Doesn't seem weird to me. Viral videos have to start somewhere and Ilbe has more members/power than you think. I mean if places like Reddit can make things go viral why not Ilbe?

Ahhh, I see. Didn't know it worked like that. Thanks for the clarification lol. I just thought the Ilbe thing was a big deal when Hyosung/CP mentioned it. Well, articles that were posted here made it seem that way.

Btw you guys, what's the title of OT5 gonna be?

Well yeah Ilbe is pretty frowned upon but most people watching the video would have no idea about the Ilbe connection unless they often read idol related news.

I've seen lots of videos of uncle fans dancing to 빠빠빠 pop up on my Facebook through Korean meme Facebook pages and they have thousands and thousands of likes and comments, so that kind of stuff helps awareness a lot.

The markups on Kpop stuff on US sites is incredible. Just checked how much this was going for on YesAsia and it's marked up at least 3 and a half times the amount it originally costs in Korea. $35 compared to just a little over the equivalent of $10. Crazy.

Why haven't you already?! The additional mini-photobook that comes with it is limited to the first print, so you better get it before it goes out of stock.

Here's a nice lady going through all the pages of both books if the limited edition info wasn't enough of a last push for you to go get it.

Idk why I never bought it. I think it came out during my "i don't care about k-pop" phase. I just bought it though. 25$ on ebay. Not that bad tbh.

Haha yeah, I prefer Doosan over LG. I'm an SK Wyverns fan though, got an SK 최정 jersey myself.
 
So, Crayon Pop is doing good right now not because the concept and the music are innovative and catchy, but because of ilbe? That's ridiculous.

Innovative is a bit of a stretch though.
