lmao
this is so dumb why are people freaking out
So.
Why is Beyoncé not in the video?
Seems like it's mostly a gallery of important/controversial figures from both the song and Kanye's life/social circle's life. White Knighting Bey was pretty important in the whole Taylor debacle...
Then put Jay Z in it, too.cuz jay-z would kill him lol
Damnnnn
pretty genius video tbh
hope he doesn't get sued. maybe he's only ever playing this at these two screenings and that's it.
I'm not sure I can see how he could get sued. It's not her, and nowhere does he say it's her.
Well, it does say Special Thanks to at the end.
but yeah, idk anything about the legality of it.

I brought this up in the other thread before it got locked.
I'd say the intention of this video could be reasonably contested in court. Just watching it, it's clearly attempting to depict Taylor Swift in a potentially damaging situation. It might fall under libel.
This is different from a porn parody or nude body-double or bad photoshop or whatever, because those things don't claim to actually be Taylor Swift. The nature of this video does not make it clear at all that this is parody, and is actually very convincing. Paying somebody large sums of money to craft 1:1 recreations of yourself and a serial rapist, and then take video of these creations nude in bed together, and then releasing it publicly with no further context could be an issue.
I'm not saying that anybody should or would sue, or even that they could win, but I can definitely see a potential case here.
The problem is that not only would it be hard to prove, the primary thing you'd do by bringing the lawsuit in the first place is spreading the video even farther than it would have otherwise. And, and this isn't a small thing, bringing much more notoriety and, more importantly, traffic to Tidal. Which is absolutely something Taylor Swift, as a de-facto spokesmodel for Apple Music, would not want to do.
Like, she could take it to court, but it'd be so hard to win that there'd be no point to it except to pay her (and his) lawyers.
Damnnnn
That track wasn't impressive in the least, all buildup no payoff. What a load of old rubbish...
I think he's completely lost it.
