Damn, everyone is teaming up on femmeworth. I would recommend doing Rin's route though. It was like Hanako's route, only you feel it through out the whole thing instead of just the end. But still love my waifu Hanako the best. ohh Aero, I'm going to add you on my 3DS, My FC is 4897-5958-7403

I took programming for 3 semesters in college, but I don't know how to make a game. KS Fightan needs to get made!

If you know how to program in general, you can also program for a game. The logic is the same. The tricky part, of course, is finding out what to program, and if there are languages and libraries that are best suited for what you want to do. No need to reinvent the wheel if there are open libraries to use, after all. Unless you think you can make a better wheel, I suppose.

Try taking a known game and just break it into parts. What are they made of? Why did they do that? What worked? What didn't? For fighting games, I'd take a look at what the developers of Skullgirls have been saying. They've really been sharing the good stuff.

I'm not a developer, myself, but I do know who to structure a video game. Can't program much myself, though. Got rusty.

I'm I the only one who would like to see a port of KS to mobile platforms, 3DS and Vita in particular? The way I have it envisioned for 3DS makes me sad that it isn't a reality.

Drew a picture of Rin on my notes in class today that's better than the pictures I drew on Swapnote! I'll post it later!

I need to see if I can figure out how to use the scanner in my house because I keep taking pictures with my phone instead...

Both of these are drawn from memory with no reference.

This is chibi Rin that someone else drew and I tried to recreate. It's one of the Swapnotes.

This is normal Rin.

I had a really fine pen I'd use to ink over the lines but it ran out and I never replaced it because I'm not a real artist.

He could have easily taken advantage of her when she was drunk.

i opened swapnote before opening my friend's list and it said "this swapnote isn't from someone on your friend's list so we deleted it"

then i went to my friend's list and it said "billychu is now on your friend's list!" then went to swap note and it said "updating friend list" :(

The VN is built on Renpy actually, and there is a Renpy emulator on PSP, called RenPSP, so... I dunno. Should only be a matter of man hours. I'd love it on iPhone personally, due to convenience factor, and some people have gotten a number of VNs running on iPhone already, so maybe if the fanbase is there

Is it still pretty hard to become a licensed developer for Nintendo? They could probably tone down the sex scenes to get an M rating and release it on the eShop or something. I just really want to see the game portable, in 3D and with a possible Kenji side scroller where you
take down the "feminist" occupation AKA, the girls themselves.
I'd enjoy it at least.

It's pretty hard. Apart from anything else it would cost actual money to get released on a Nintendo system, which is something that KS has done quite happily without.

They'd need an office to get licensed and the game was made internationally so the chances of it coming to the eShop are small without them finding a publisher.

I won't judge until they show like an Act 1 demo or something. But it sounds like a terrible idea unless they have the hidden VN writer of the century in there.

After reading the few other posts here about it, I guess it's just a fan thing? That art they posted isn't bad, but, color me skeptical. I never thought THIS game would be as enthralling as it was, I suppose.

For all we know, Mentaru Shoujo might make KS seem like "the master of lock-picking" in comparison. We just have to make sure we still remember 8 years from now that it's still being worked on

You might also be interested in Love Despite (formerly KS+), the website to which I can't find at the moment because it has no significant web presence. It's basically a fan project spinning of (for legal reasons) the RAITA page. I know at least two people on it are okay, but I can't speak for the rest of the project.

On my part I'm watching Divulge, an as-yet un-named Yuri VN being developed by /u/.

True, changing Hisao's gender wouldn't change how he treated her. Of course the sex scene would have been totally different.

Spy cheats at MvC? I have him on my list but haven't played him yet. What games do you play Billy? And yeah... I've been convinced that TLG and Vs. XIII are vaporware for years now. I mean... 6/7 years in development and we haven't so much as seen an extended gameplay video for either?

Sure, sure. Though thanks for pointing out that project, I missed it in his post. I'll definitely have to keep an eye on it. :3

I made a save at the beginning of Emi's route. I already restarted and should be heading for Rin's path this time. If I'm going to cheat on Hanako, I might as well do it with Rin to see what all hype is about. :\
