Why cant reviewers just say Killzone is the best looking console shooter til date? why do they such a hard time saying this? I'm so tired of the PS3 thrown in there when its obviously not needed.

Reviewers tend to shy from saying ___ has the best ___ ever because there will always be some people who will disagree. And honestly, do you ever see film reviews that say that the film has the best anything ever?

"This is BY FAR the best looking game I have EVER, EVER seen on the PlayStation 3".

I mean, that's technically true, but does that mean the reviewer thinks there are better graphics available on the Wii or 360 :lol

Seriously, what is the point of the .5? Why is it even there. Can someone explain to me what the difference between an 8.75 and an 8.7? Is it really worth noting?

Your KILLZONE 2 pics were so great, I saw that there is an up/down arrows on the weapon. Now I see it when I play, there's so much graphics details in this game.

Reminds me of the evaluation spreadsheet my IT department uses to evaluate vendors/software/etc.

It's a horribly confusing matrix of rows and columns and formulas. Plus each category and sub-category can be weighted independently to allow for optimal enumeratedness. Add columns A-C, multiply by values X, W & T (depending on criteria V) to get your final, objective ranking of 5.33432 (or in this case 8.75). Audit away, we used the formula!

I know that's a small typo, but it's really .05.

5 one hundredths.

I don't see how anyone can quantify that.

I think 2 or 3 now have actually said that, one clearly saying it was way ahead of Gears 2 and Far Cry.

Im willing to say KZ2 has the best graphics of any Demo ever :D

Indeed. This game seems to be chock full of little details like that. I still don't think it's the best looking console game due to some texture/frame rate issues but that's just me.
 
Man when you guys get shit early you get shit EARLY. The game doesn't come out for over two weeks... how the fuck?

I know, I know, if you told me you'd have to kill me... Killzone me.
