Blackace
if you see me in a fight with a bear, don't help me fool, help the bear!
Ok today I picked up Kirby Touch and Egg Hero. I have played both of them for about an hour a piece, so I can't give a real deep review of either. But it looks as if Kirby isn't going to be leaving my DS for a bit.
First and foremost this game brings a lemmings style to the handheld system. Just like Lemmings was perfect for a mouse (and should get a DS version if there is a God) this game is perfect for the touch pen. Now I know that it was made for the touch pen but that is not the point. Kirby basically moves forward until something stops him, which then he turns around and heads in the other way. You move Kirby through the levels by drawing lines under him; you can make him speed up or slow down, shield him, or turn him around depending on what type of lines you around him. So far the levels have been fairly good, but I am hoping that they get a bit bigger and wackier (if that is a word). The music is pretty sweet, and there are loads of unlockables that you pay for with medals that you find on levels or win in the "Challenge" mode where you can test how fast you can complete levels and so on.
So far it is a bit too easy, but awesome! Boss levels are not as good as in other games, but they are different, which is a plus in my book! Sorry for the short impressions but I have to get back to playing!
