First reviews pouring in:

http://dcresource.com/reviews/kodak/dx7590-review/index.shtml

Highlights of the review:

What I liked:

Very good photo quality
Large LCD, sharp EVF
LCD and EVF usable in low light
Many manual controls
Flash sync port for external flash
Supports conversion lenses
Hybrid AF system for low light focusing
EasyShare system makes it very easy to share and print photos
Plenty of scene modes
Good redeye test performance
Can save favorite settings to a spot on mode dial

What I didn't care for:

Details in photos can look muddy, overprocessed; photos tend to be soft, as well
No manual white balance or manual focus
Image stabilization would be nice
VGA movie mode, while nice, has a sluggish frame rate

As a owner of the DX6490, I was a bit disappointed by the specs of the successor. It was more of an evolution than a complete redesign. The camera is also more pricey now compared to the sheer bang for the buck you got with the DX6490. On the flipside, the much improved EVF seems really nice, as with the added scene modes and the nice photos, aided by the MP upgrade. Though not mentionned in the review, turning on the camera seems much improved now (the one glaring flaw in the DX6490).

DX4330? That's an obsolete model. Don't know much about it but I think it's standard, low-priced consumer camera. Competitive, but not too remarkable.

It's not low end, CX's were the low end models

The models' names are just labels, they don't often represent the reality of the cameras. Only the LS models are really compact and distinctive. The CX and DX ones are widely diverse, with some CX models being better cameras than some of their DX counterparts. :)

As for image stabilization, I can take pictures holding the camera with full zoom with no blurriness. IS can make your life easier (all relative to how much optical zoom you actually have), but there's a certain finesse and technique you learn to use if you don't have it. :)

Shit, the picture quality looks pretty hot. Though I think it is hilarious it has the sync port for an external flash but no bracket. Way to go guys!

Docks are so stupid too.
