Not normal, you get more ping when streaming. My normal ping is around 70.

overwatch is like urf, it's a dumb thing to do while you're not playing the real game but it loses all the fun as soon as people figure it out and start being serious about it

it's also really frustrating, actually way more frustrating than supporting in league because of how powerless you are as a support and how irrelevant you feel since it's a shooter and supports don't really have satisfying shooting/don't have shooting at all
pretty lame, specially since this is probably maokai's most irrelevant season in like two years
would've much rather have seen gnar or irelia or something if it had to be a top laner, someone that's more representative of the actual state of the game

it's not a well designed ability and it's kind of at odds with Swain's character as a master tactician. Lots of game health issues with sustain, plus dude turning into a bird is weird IMO.
Obviously don't know for certain, but I certainly wouldn't keep it. I still think he would have some element of sustain to keep in line with player expectations, but I highly doubt his current R would stay on a reworked Swain kit. Too many things wrong with it.

personally i think it'd be a bad idea to remove r because it's easily the most iconic thing about him
turning into a bird is cool, being a drain tank is cool and it's what people like about playing him
while it may clash with riot's desired idea of swain, that's who swain is and what people like about him
forcing swain to be something different because of what's essentially lore sounds like a terrible idea, if anything i would do the opposite and change his lore to fit his kit, starting with his r which is honestly the only thing i'd say is worth keeping about him
like honestly if master tactician is the reasoning then i have to say, that's a garbage reason to change a champion. when you rework a champion you're not supposed to change who they are, but better define it
swain is pretty bad, but he's not old sion. he does have an identity, and turning into a bird is awesome, being a massive tank going 1v4 is cool, that's something to pull from that wasn't there in sion.
and while i agree it has big health concerns because sustain in league of legends is absolute shit, riot did consider current vladimir acceptable (lol) so idk what sounds impossible to shape into healthy about him. you can make him only heal on champions but still dmg minions, you can add different conditions for him to bird turn so it's not an on-off supersaiyan mode (which is probably the biggest issue with it imo), idk.
i'm sure riot can come up with something awesome for him that makes swain players happy. when they changed poopy's ultimate i bet a lot of old fans didn't like her, but i can guess a similar number did, cos the kit is still the same in essence, she's a run-at-you-and-pin-you-down character, she's just less shitty about it now. with sion i can't imagine any of the old fans liking him, but sion was really not much of anything
