But, I'm pretty sure people have asked for legal advice here, and not received the amount of criticism that I have.

Are you being serious right now? If your OP is true, which I highly doubt, you ran over a dog that was laying on his own property. Then you asked an obviously emotionally destroyed person to pay for the damage to your piece of shit car.

well for one your lack of responsibility is more than enough for Gaf to jump you. You have also had a lawyer and a claim adjuster tell you that you're fucked and don't have a leg to stand on. Quit while you're ahead let the thread die.

How the hell am I a sociopath?!?! My fucking neighbor may have let his dog out earlier in the morning than normal just so I'd be late to work, and as a result, got run over. Yet, somehow, I'm the fucking sociopath?

When considering that you think you have a case, let alone that the guy should pay you for damaging your pussy magnet, for hitting a stationary dog in his drive-way, and you pulled off afterwards, it makes you sound like Peter Griffin or fucking Bender from Futurama. I use 50 when using my iPad always.. sometimes those settings stay when I am on a PC and doesn't bother me one bit.
