I'm surprised more you aren't going digital. I buy everything digitally now and with having a headset on, it would be a pain to switch games by swapping discs.

War Thunder is not launch ready unfortunately, Gromvoiny who is a Gaijin Store (I guess this is a store of the developer Gaijin's games) team member said "PSVR support is in development, not ETA for now."

Damn, I missed out on that Valkyrie deal ;(
When I bought Vita and PS4 at launch there were similar errors happening on some games and that made me fall down from my fence and keep those pre-orders

I will swing for Amazon if they take ages delivering on Thursday!! The local depot is only 5 mins up the road, managed to swing picking up a gaming chair once it was there a few months back, gonna try again just because i don't want a "up till 8pm" bullcrap slot after waiting 7 fecking months!

Gamestop charged me yesterday and my copy of Batman already shipped from Best Buy, but I haven't heard anything from Amazon regarding what I'm getting from there.

Tried Battlezone at the mall in Ottawa this morning. (They didn't have the new demos, unfortunately)
I liked it, but I kind of got the virtual gamepad shaking and disappearing a whole bunch. Didn't affect gameplay in this case though so heh.
The cockpit was even more impressive than I expected.
My friend tried the ocean descent. She really liked it, but she took off the headset when the shark charged at her. She really liked looking around, she kept moving around the seat.

FYI, those were preorders #3 and #4 which I had as backup. Also if you look just further above at post 3663, you'll see Best Buy charged me for mine which are preorders #1 and #2. I preordered four of them to make sure I had one guaranteed. I still plan on returning one of the Best Buy preorders once I determine if I keep the core or the launch bundle. I had one of each at Amazon and Best Buy. To help further my commitment, I'm getting 7 or 8 games at launch. Somehow you had me pegged as someone who wouldn't get one though.

EDIT: Just checked mine and the "Verification Pending" thing is completely gone. It now says arrive on the 10th. FUCK YES! (Amazon US, btw).
Same thing happened with Hitman price error earlier this year iirc. It also said pending verification
Anyway I just checked and mine also says arriving Monday
We know the contents of the demo disc will be put up on PSN. So worst case scenario, if those demos don't make it over to EU PSN, you can make a US PSN account and download them.
But I don't think you'll have to do that.
There's a few launch games I want to play, but I also want to be able to sell afterwards. E.g. Until Dawn.
Basically, going physical on anything I'm not sure about so I can get some money back.

So does anyone know why there are so few games available for preorder from Best Buy? I want to use my 20% off and pick up a bunch, but most of what I want you can't order. Here's the list of games not at Best Buy that I'm looking to order:

I find this odd too as I've been waiting for the same thing.
I'd love to know where Zombie Taxi Co is. Although my son and I are so excited to try PSVR this Thursday when it arrives.
But I really wish they'd made Ocean Descent a separate download, I've no interest in the other games on PSVR Worlds. I still believe that PSVR will go the way of the dodo but I'm still buying it because I'm interested in buying the tech to try it and I'm glad to see Sony trying it but I think it's future will lie in short experiences at the moment to get into people's homes, take me to the Grand Canyon, a parachute jump, a mountain bike ride down a dangerous ravine, inside a space shuttle, etc.

You're right, I remembered you being pretty negative about certain aspects of PSVR and I conflated that with you being negative about it as a whole. Anyway I hope you enjoy it as much as I plan to do.

It's really odd, Rigs is up there too though as well as some post launch games. Here's a URL I bookmarked that shows all PSVR compatible games on BB.com but it also includes games like CoD that have extra PSVR experiences.
