Just wait until a male Uber driver literally pulls off the side of the road to the parking lot you're waiting in and tells you he will take you where ever you want to go if he can touch you.
It's great. 😑
Oh dear.
A few years ago, this guy a mutual friend tried to match me up with started grabbing at me through my trousers in the middle of a city (like, waiting to walk across a road) in the middle of the day without my consent, multiple times. I would be much clearer about that being a deal breaker now since (in part) he went on to not use a condom without my consent for a moment.
Another guy years before that at uni kept on giving unwanted sexual comments towards and about lots of people including me. I told him to stop many times and told him it was sexual harassment. When it got really bad with one major event directed at me*, I reported it to the uni. It was eventually taken seriously but various people in the process responded as if I was being homophobic for considering it sexual harassment.
*We were working on a group presentation together (just us), he put in a slide at the end at the last minute without telling me. It was some non-pornographic photos of men. When they appeared on the projection screen in front of everyone, he asked me if I thought they were hot. Everyone laughed. The tutor looked confused, later telling me she didn't realise what happened. At this stage, I wasn't quite out yet. It destroyed me for a while.
