I just went back to this game and loaded up the latest chronicle. Not only have the animations improved, there is now background music all the time and the grind isn't so much a grind anymore. Obvioulsy there are moer things but I've only played for a bit over an hour so I havn't noticed all the changes. I went from lvl 21 to lvl22 in just over 1 hour, for comparison it took almost 3 hours to get from lvl 20 to 21 with the previous chronicle. If you didn't like Lineage 2 because of the grind I suggest you check it out again.
