My parents are visiting me during those days... I still have to maintain an acceptable appearance and not being flagged as the alcoholic of the family.

If that will be the final date.. I have to skip it. fml.
 
Can we do September 1st? I think I am busy on that bank holiday, got a wedding to go to, didn't realise it was the bank holiday weekend we were talking about so I won't be able to stay out late.

Can always go out a week (or two cause I'm at oktoberfest on 22nd).

I figured after the Olympics would be better for people wanted to book a hotel. I just know bank holiday weekend will likely be no dice for me.

1st or 8th work okay for me most likely too..
Though pick what the majority can do. Gaf needs a poll system for times like this. though poll systems are always abused.
 
I might be in London around the 7th September so if the meetup happens to occur on that weekend then I can stop by and say hello :)
 
Poll system is a great idea. So how about we have our selection of dates - all Saturdays

Aug 25th
Sep 1st
Sep 8th
Sep 15th
Sep 22nd
Sep 29th

And we each give 2 dates that we can do, then tally them up?

Mine would be Sep 15th or Sep 29th

Actually just buy me a drink instead. That will be fine. I didn't have enou... Yeah actually I probably had enough last time. I now remember getting hardcore Gaf to touch my boobs. Sorry bout that.

I am sorry I couldn't make this meet again... I was 29 on Saturday, and met a few friends to celebrate on Friday night... and I was... physically incapable of moving the next day. I would have died if I tried to drive, and train tickets were then £80. It looked good again too!

I was sorry to hear about the iPad incident. I would donate to a kickstart type thing to try and get one back for him, if he can't get one any other way (not insured etc).

Not 100% sure if they depart from Buchanan Bus Station, I'm guessing they do, but I got a return ticket from Edinburgh to London for around £25 a couple of years back. I must warn you though, if you do go ahead with taking the megabus then you'll be going on - propbably - the most uncomfortable 6 hour journey of your life.

Yeah, I would suggest Manchester but to be honest there isn't as much to do here barring drink + eat, no good arcades or anything fun like that.

Besides, staying over in London is great, means I can roll in at 4am and not get given the evil eye.
 
Yeah, Manchester is alright but limited, London is really the best place for activities. If the dates line up, I am sure Sheffield GAF can act as a quasi taxi service for northerners, room permitting.
