It works. It's something I started doing in my own bizarre horror scripts that I write in my spare time and found that things like that have more of an impact and let me envision stuff better.

INT. CAVERN/WATER

Jack in Hell.

That call sheet gave me chills the first time I read it.

It ended up being spot on, but for some reason I imagined it being completely different from the way it happened. I thought the "consumed by light and water" meant Jack was going to either die at that exact moment or literally be consumed by the island :lol

I read it too when it leaked knowing I would have absolutely no idea what any of it meant anyway without any context. I was absolutely right. Also, I didn't believe the Rose and Bernard scene was real. When I saw the clip from the finale from Times Talk of Locke seeing the paw prints I was like holy shit it was real! :lol :lol

Same. When they showed the source in ATS, I still didn't put two and two together and realize that the scene referenced in the call sheet was going to take place inside that.

I was still under the impression that they were going to be inside the volcano.

Again, I just found it too vague. Reading it didn't spoil me whatsoever-- that and I never knew whether or not it was real or fake. I was just like, hm, okay so in the finale, Jack may possibly go in a cave and be consumed by light. Ooookay.

Glad I didn't read it.

:D

It actually ended up being a relatively minor spoiler. I was worried for a while, as I thought it might actually be the final scene of the entire series.

So is the 11th act that Henry Cusick and a few others mentioned being the part of the script that not everyone received referring to the epilogue that will be released later this year? At first I thought it was the church sequence but durrr pretty much every actor got that.

The 11th act was the church.

The top secret scene that only a few people knew about was Jack's death at the end.

(I'm guessing.)

I'm guessing it was the Jack and Christian talk.

Yeah, that was the part that Jorge said he never read, along with the scene with Kate and Jack in the Pixies Truck when she said "to leave" and I started sobbing uncontrollably.

I swear I thought they were going to mass suicide in the church.

Mmmmm.

Would it be crude highly accurate of me to say that Claire's tits are looking mighty fantastic in that image?

Not quite as good as Elizabeth Mitchells, though.
That's not playing fair. Not even.

Even David agreed :lol

Damon: Me and Carlton knew we had a "Walt" problem since the word go.

Malcolm just got too old to realistically address him. :lol

Walt
will be in the bonus stuff.

I never knew why they didn't just have the Season 5/6 on Island stuff happen in 2009 and just have Walt be a part of the Ajira flight. Problem solved?

He joked that Malcolm is taller than him, and looks 20+ now.

Edit: Plus, he's a terrible fucking actor. Thank god they didn't have him back.

What interview are you referencing, gdt?

He did a short sit-down (recorded a day or two before when he went to visit the Howard Stern Show offices, he's a huge fan) with GeekTime on the Stern channel. Just answered a couple of questions, not really a long-form interview.

I want a gif of David turning round to face Juliet only for him to stare at her boobs for a few seconds, and then looking at her face.

holy shit. Frank Lapidus joined our Lapidus walks facebook group. :lol

It'd be totally cool too, since the kid isn't even real!

Ah, ok. Not worth checking out then, I guess.

Bleh!!

I'm just going with the theory that it was Christian on the freighter telling Michael to essentially "Let Go." It's riddled with plot holes but makes the most sense.

To me it's not a plot hole until we see Michael on the island in Season 6. The whole point of him coming back in 4 was kind of pointless now thinking that it didn't give him any peace at all. He was miserable off the island only to die and be a ghost on the island.

What was her point anyway?

Oh right, she defeated the ultimate evil in the universe and saved us all. Totally spaced on that one.

could have been anybody she just got lucky the writers decided it to be her.

let me guess, he biches about ANSWERZZZ

:/ Yes, he does. And just like everyone else who has problems with "stop asking for answers to the 6 years of questions/mysteries and just LET GO", the person who wrote Hitler's subs has ground to stand on. You know why? Because the writers completely left one side of their fan base out in the fucking cold.

Did you want answers, or answers to everything?

Because there have been a lot of answers in the show.

A theory on why Desmond had a vision of Claire and Aaron got on the chopper:

"Alright, then here it is: Jacob was trying to kill Charlie, to prevent the freighter from ever getting to the island and taking his candidates away. He's the one who kept putting Charlie in harm's way all those times: drowning, lightning, arrows and all.

On the other hand, the MIB wanted Charlie to live long enough to flip that jamming switch. His goal was to get rid of the candidates, and allow them to leave the island. Therefore, he was responsible for all of Desmond's precognitive visions. He kept showing Des exactly how to save Charlie, so that the freighter could ultimately find the island."

Does Jacob or Smokey have this ability?

You've got that backwards. MiB wanted the candidates to stay so he could form his loophole. Without the candidates, he could have never killed Jacob.

I think that in regards to Christian, he was also stuck on the island in purgatory for a little while.

When Micheal was on the freighter, the whispers showed up before Christian did. So that obviously wasn't the MiB.

When Christian died, his purgatory was on the island, because at some points he needed to help Jack. In some instances though, it was the MiB in Christians body, like in Follow the White Rabbit.

Yeah some people want answers to questions the writers never really intended people to ask.
Where did Claire buy the shirt she's sporting in the finale? It's pretty damn integral to the plot.

He didn't need a candidate to kill Jacob, just a stooge that could get close enough to kill Jacob by earning the trust of Richard.

However, he probably did need the candidates alive I guess in order to kill them too which is why he had Locke go round them up before he was killed.

My theory on desmond is that he changed Charlie's fate too many times. I can't remember though if Charlie was supposed to drown or if he was supposed to die a long time before that. All I can remember is Desmond saying if he died Claire & Aaron would be rescued.

Well part of his loophole was getting Locke killed on the mainland by ben, and it wouldnt have all happened unless people escaped. No?

fucking this.
Most of the things that WEREN'T directly answered can be easily peiced together with what info we DO have.

The scraps that are left can be divided between coincidences that wouldn't warrant explanation in any other work of fiction, silly little things and a few things that actually do sort of bug me because I can't sort them out.

But the few unaddressed things I can think of don't make me bitch ad nauseum because LOST simply SUCKED when it was giving answers. I'd rather the show be good and frustrating than awful and revealing.

Still it drives me nuts when people act like they didn't answer any questions and then proceed to ask a bunch of questions with somewhat logical answers that can be derived from just thinking about the show for a few minutes.

I also hate it when people say recently they have never answered anything in the show, it seems really easy for some people to forget that they have actually answered a shitload throughout the six seasons :lol
