Curious, huh?

By the way, I was a bit disappointed to see that they'll only include the first and final (shooting) drafts of the script, on the Prometheus disc. I would have been interested in Spaihts' final draft, so we'd know which parts were Lindelof's.

I'm surprised you can't tell.

I'll find out later, but I'm not so sure they ever say she has no chance of recovery.
CHRISTIAN: I came over because I wanted to help.
CLAIRE: Help with what?
CHRISTIAN: Claire, your mother is alive, but she's not really living.
CLAIRE: What the hell's that supposed to mean?
CHRISTIAN: It means that now may be the time to look at other alternatives; other ways to relieve her pain. Now, it is illegal to turn off her machines, but I know of ways that can achieve the same effect without the legal consequences.
CLAIRE: Just stop it! You didn't come here to help me, you came here to try and fix a mistake that you made.
CHRISTIAN: No honey, that's not true.
CLAIRE: You think that just paying her bills makes you noble or something? You come down here and you try and get me to kill her? You know, just go. Why don't you just go, go back to your real family. You know... You know, you might be my father, but I don't even know your name, and I umm, want it to stay that way.
CHRISTIAN: Claire! Claire, Claire listen to me. Do not keep your mother alive for the wrong reasons. Now there is hope and there is guilt. And believe me, I know the difference.

I'm surprised you can't tell.
Oh, the similarities didn't escape me, don't worry. But I'd rather not jump to conclusions.

Drealmcc0y can't blame anyone but himself on that one. He's danced with Lost detractors a million times over by now, so he knew what he was getting into.

The guy is seriously passionate/crazy for LOST, often letting criticism against the show get to him personally. It's actually what makes him an entertaining poster. Just wish he played it a little smarter on this particular occasion, and not cross the line.

Last night I dreamed that my girlfriend and I found the secrets to the universe in Gruntilda the Witch's lair (from Banjo Kazooie). And then the smoke monster came to get us as we were driving away in a camper van.

I started a re-watch a while ago and I'm on S2E16 The Whole Truth.

Need to find a gif of Charlie offering Ana Lucia the gun and then pulling it back toward Sayid. I laughed so much. I missed Charlie.

So what's your five favorite moments on this show?

1.) The 'I Never' game between Kate and Sawyer
2.) The 'You're a Man of Science' Vs 'You're a Man of Faith talk between Jack and Locke
3.) The 'Church Scene' in the final episode.
4.) The one were we find out Locke is in a wheelchair.
5.) The 'We Have To Go Back'.

1/ Locke's Walkabout reveal at the end of the episode.
2/ the S3 ending, Not Penny's Boat and Charlie's demise
3/ Finding out what's in the Hatch after an eternity of waiting/Desmond's introduction
4/ Jack chasing Christian on the island and just anytime he's on screen really
5/ Lots of the churchy stuff in the final episode, all the reuniting etc

There's loads though. Rewatching for the first time since it ended with the gf watching for the first time and there's lots of great moments. Mikhail's just been introduced and 'murdered' by Locke and his exchanges with Sayid are awesome. Just really enjoying doing it all again.

No order.

- "There's No Place Like Home", the final minutes of part 1, showing all the multiple players from the ship to the Island, and ending with Ben facing off with Keamy. The music is incredible.
- "Walkabout", last scene. Obviously one of the most important moments of the show.
- "Do No Harm", Boone's final moments. The entire episode was so intense, and then having the episode with Jack vowing to find John Locke...fucking incredible.
-"One of Us", end of the episode, with Juliet assembling her camp site while we see that Ben has sent her as a mole. Her emotionless glare as she ties the last knot of her tent has been etched into my memory for years.
-"There's No Place Like Home", Jack and Locke's last conversation on the Island. I just love it. "There's no such thing as miracles." Jack probably at his most dickish right there.

I seriously tried just now, but quickly realized how futile my attempt was.

Waaay too many awesome moments. I kept second guessing my picks :lol

That's a hard one, but doable.

5. Exodus, 1.23, Sawyer tells Jack he met his father before crashing on the island.
Scene

4. All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues, 1.11, Jack and Kate find Charlie hanging on a tree. But he manages to save him.
Scene

3. The Brig 3.19, 'Well how about that. Sawyer's my name too'. The whole sequence before he kills him is brilliant.
Scene

2. Through the Looking Glass 3x23, the flashforward. Needless to say it was one of the best twists on television.
Scene

1. The Shape of Things to Come, 4.09, 'She's not my daughter, I stole her as a baby from an insane woman... she's a pawn, nothing more. She means nothing to me. I'm not coming out of this house so if you want to kill her, go ahead and do it...
Scene

I spent about half an hour to complete this post! Don't even know if I chose all the right ones (I didnt'). The show is filled with awesome moments it's unreal.

Good choices. The Brig is an underrated episode.

These are just the first ones that come to my mind, there's loads more I love as well.

-Ben's speech to Jacob before killing him
-Ajira 316 taking off in The End
-All of "Through the Looking Glass"

No order.

This is definitely one of mine as well, it gave me goosebumps the first time I saw it.

And I guess my last one would be the climax of "One of Them" with Ben's interrogation and the countdown flashing down, as it was the first episode I ever watched and that hooked me in.

One of my favourites that hasn't been mentioned yet is Eko going in and apologising to Ben about the two people he killed. Seriously, if I was Ben and that scary dude sat down next to me I would immediately blurt out every detail of the truth about things haha.

Off the top of my head, my five favorite moments in LOST:

5. When Hurley jump starts the Dharma van. I love that entire episode.
4. When Jin and Sun die in the sub. Not a happy moment, but I loved the way it was handled.
3. In "The Constant" when Desmond gets his phone call from the freighter through to Penny.
2. In the final episode, the final fight between Jack and John. It was a long time coming.
1. The end of "Walkabout", when John stands up and you realize that he was in a wheelchair. This is the moment where LOST captured me and truly captivated me for the rest of the entire show.

It's real hard to pick just five, damn.

HMMMMM.

5. "It's Jesus! He wants to know what kind of car you want!"
4. "Kate, Damn It, RUN!!"
3. Hurley taking the late Charlie's side against Jack.
2. Vincent swimming after the raft.
1. "Oh my god, you're the survivors of Flight 815. WOW."

You know when Jack, Kate and Charlie come back from their little adventure in the pilot, Boone asked Jack; "So you guys found the cockpit, any survivors?" Jack says no.

Yet after being chased by the polarbear Boone says; "Is that what killed the pilot?" Charlie says, no that's a tiny version compared to that.

How could Boone know what happened when didn't say anything?

PLOTHOLE!

I think he is being honest about that though, I have seen other actors in interviews struggle with the overall arching plots of the shows they played a part in. For a lot of them its work. I reckon a lot of them really DON'T watch the entirety of shows they act in.

Always always always hated him as an actor. This make it worse. Fuck him.

Just finished 3x12 Par Avion. Claire episode. Best part is Kate's face at the end when she realizes Jack is catching a football. Would make an excellent reaction gif.

Maaaaan, it certainly did. Real talk, aside from that incredible moment, that was probably the worst episode of the show. It's like the ending balanced out the rest so people would forget.

I'm noticing the more awful episodes this time around. Mostly the filler episodes. Par Avion lacked interesting flashbacks. It's less exciting this time around because I know she's Jack's sister but when that shit was on week to week...that was kind of a big reveal. It's followed up by The Man From Tallahassee, which I recall being quite good.

"Bring me the man from Tallahassee."

The Man From Tallahassee was God tier.

"No John, we don't a code for 'there's a man in my closet with a gun to my daughter's head', though we obviously need one."

Are you checking me out?

Trust me, if I was checking you out, you'd know it.

I love when Hurley tries to write Star Wars after they traveled back in time. :D

'Some Like it Hoth' is another underrated slice of goodness.

Not quite 'Tricia Tanaka'-tier, but really, what is?

Season 2 never gets any better, and because of the twists and Desmond stuff later on the finale didnt feel as good recently either :(

Still better than the Season 5 trainwreck of course.

Man of Science of Faith, Orientation, Every Body Hates Hugo, The Long Con, 23rd Psalm, One of Them, Lockdown, ?, and the best finale of the series Live Together Die Alone... S2 featured some of the absolutely best moments of the show. Sure, they were spinning their wheels a bit towards the middle, but the last 4 hours were especially outstanding.

You forgot The Other 48 Days and Collision, which introduces us to the characters from the tail section, plus shows the reunion of all the people from the plane. Love it

The last episodes of season 2 are particularly nonsensical. The Others' plan, Jack and Sayd's, the "let's not push the button" bit... Completely absurd.

I don't know how many times I've watched the end of "I Do" and it still is totally and completely riveting.

If nothing else, Lindelof and Cuse sure could write a cliffhanger.

On S05E08 of my rewatch, LaFleur.

S5 is territory where I only saw these episodes once. Biggest blow is knowing Locke is gone. I thought of Solo's tag the whole time.

Is that the one that has Kate's wet boobs pressed against the cell bars?

I mean, the one 'KATE, DAMMIT, RUN!'?

Indeed indeed.

Giacc on full throttle. Mr. Friendly's "Yeah!"

Jack's performance, Kate's performance, Sawyer's performance, I mean holy moly.

IT'S EVEN GOT STANLEY SPECTOR'S DAD.

Best ever. Fuck do you top that.

Sparked up a long Lost conversation with a girl over a dharma patch on her jean jacket last night. Felt good reminiscing.

God, I need this blu-ray price to drop.

So is the complete series collection still available in Canada? I saw it in a lot of stores when it first released but it almost feels like there was only one run here before it disappeared. Even Amazon only has it available through third party sellers.
