psh, I don't check darkufo every day!

it's really not that spoilery. just a
young version
of a character in an episode focused on them.

For those still wondering if the "mysterious boy" was jacob this+the episode centricity would immediately tell them it's young jacob, not really a end game spoiler but something that some people might wanna have as a surprise when the episode airs, no big deal I know just saying! I'll edit my post to say "don't see image if you know the episode centricity

Tonight's episode: MINOR SPOIER --
We find out how Jin got into that damn refrigerator.

Pretty obvious that we'd find this out, but oh well.

well not really...yet
Some Guest Stars for episode 12,
Hurley's ep
are apparently:

Libby and Michael

Since its
a Hurley episode, it will be interesting to see if they appear in the X Timeline, or perhaps on the Island and commune with Hurley

I've had a theory since the last podcast with Darlton about how that stuff will go down. They said
somebody on the show will be answering whether or not certain characters we saw were the Smoke Monster or just hallucinations, I'm thinking MIB is going to put on a little show for Hurley by turning in to Libby, and possibly Michael.

Or a nice parallel and appear in both.

I saw the answer to that in a TV Guide thingy, I'd post it here but is that more suited for the other spoiler thread?

I don't think so.

Didn't Ilana say that MiB is now stuck in that form? I think it will be their ghosts much like Isabella.

Hmm, true. But maybe it's not taking their physical form but making him see them. I don't see how else you put them in the show again in a way that is satisfactory in any way. Sideways don't really achieve that aim.

In one week, the conversation is going to change.

I'm guessing the reason next week's episode has mixed reviews from the DarkUFO sources is they may not like how the conversation changes.

Definitely feel like we're finally gonna get some traction next week on what the fuck the flashsideways are.

If any episode is going to begin to shedding some light on them, it'll be this one.

Who could've imagined that "See you in another life Brotha" would end up being so literal :lol

why the fuck did Darkufo rate next week's episode so low? All signs point to it being awesome.

DarkUFO's people don't like it when you change the topic of conversation, clearly!

Or maybe they don't like an event or moment.

I guess, I read part of the guest cast...and holy shit--this has to be the best episode of the season.

link to the guest cast? Dont see it on the usual places

MIND BLOWN at that cast list. Its almost like everything Desmond and
Faraday
related has its own mythology to it.

Edit: tagged just in case.

PLEASE ABC GET RID OF THE GODDAMN V COUNTDOWN!!

It's bad enough with the damn stamp remind me I'm watching ABC, I don't need a damn reminder about what show is coming up next for the full hour. I'm not an idiot.

I just learned a lot by myself by not reading highlighting the spoiler tags about next week.

I am weak..

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

The sneak peak seems to imply that
Desmond was actually on the plane. I hope it isn't just a traditional flashsideways. With Desmond involved it should have a twist to it. Hopefully his guessing of Claire's baby sex was more than a guess.

i think that him talking about the baby is too obvious to be a throwaway line, kinda like how Claire 'remembered' Aaron. Its another sign that somethings are crossing between the 2 worlds

For what it's worth, Kristin, that TV expert said Desmond's episode is her favourite episode of the season behind Ab Aeterno.

A lot more than anonymous DARK UFO 'sources' who base their opinions on scripts. Atleast, I'm assuming, she you know, watched the actual episode. :lol Still, who knows what she's basing that off of without more detail

Can't wait for next week.

Daniel Day Kim reacts to reading the finale script: “
______________The End
”: Per the producers, that’s the title of the series finale. And per Dae Kim, it’s going to blow fans’ minds. “It’s pretty amazing,” says the actor, who read his copy of the top-secret script last Thursday. “If you think about how many pieces the writers had to put together in order to make it fall into place, it’s mind-boggling, and they did such a great job. Some of the twists and turns are just so clever.”

He continued: “For me it was very satisfying. After I read it, I had to sit for five or 10 minutes, just reflecting and digesting, because it definitely makes an impact.”
With filming on the finale now underway, the actor is finding himself overcome with a myriad of emotions. “I definitely feel like a very important chapter in my life is coming to a close,” says Dae Kim, who’s already been cast in a starring role in CBS’s Hawaii Five-O remake. “It’s hard not to feel the weight of that. I’m looking back with great fondness and pride, and I’m also excited to move forward and start writing the next chapter.”

The only problem I have with that interview is that Daniel Dae Kim isn't going to say that the ending was shit. I can't completely trust it, but it still stokes my Lost boner.

I have a question about John Locke's history. We know who Helen was. However, in John's first Locke-epsiode, he speaks to a Helen on the phone, with whom he has been speaking to for months. We're also lead to believe he pays her for these calls. Is this 'Helen', meant to be the real Helen, or some sec-line, with whom Locke uses to perpetuate a fantasy? If the latter, why is he actually buying tickets for reals?

I was never clear on this issue. Maybe it was resolved in season 4-5, I can't remember.

Walkabout is when John is paralyzed, which is post-Helen. The phone sex or whatever operator hes talking to in Walkabout is called Helen because presumably John requested to call her that.

Well I retconned it in my own head. In Season 1 I just thought the sex line lady was named Helen. However, after Season 2 I thought he probably just told her he was going to call her Helen because of his heartbreak and his lingering feelings for the real Helen.

Right, as I figured. So why buy tickets to the walkabout and get her to come? Was that part of the 'sadness' of Locke's life too? That he would pay for her to imitate Helen on a trip away?

Just saw the sneak peek. Its looks amazing.

So I guess he was actually on the plane. The thing with guessing the sex of Claire's baby, can't figure that one out.
